Best beer in Prague in my humble opinion - they have Únětice 10° or Únětice 12°. Definitely go for 12° since that is non-filtered and non-pasteurized.
If you love this beer - rent a bike or take public transport and visit the Únětice village where the brewery is. They have great food as well and it's perfect one-day trip very close to Prague.
