Sightseeing

North Berwick is a small coastal town with picturesque harbour ; expansive beaches and sand dunes, and rocky shoreline. It is a nature lover's haven, with its romantic offshore islands such as Fidra and it's lighthouse. Importantly, one cannot miss Bass Rock, internationally renowned for its Gannett colony. Boat trips can be arranged and the Scottish Seabird Centre is a perfect venue to observe birdlife on the rock, and on other local islands, as well as enjoy giftshop for those wee Scottish gifts, and the cafe, ( inside or outside).
