This is the best Italian Deli anywhere in the United States! Get a sandwich from here (rated the best in NJ) and you will not be disappointed. Try the chef salad which is a real favorite as well. There is no better fresh mozzarella - even better than Italy!! Pete and his crew are awesome. People come from all over to stop in this little deli, but we are lucky enough to be just around the corner!

The Statue of Liberty really resides in Jersey City. Don't miss this iconic lady while you too are residing here. You can even get a ferry from Liberty State Park on this side...no need to go across the river. Make a day of it and visit Ellis Island too.

Many people head to Woodbury Commons when they come to the New York area, but its really a bit of a ride. Jersey Gardens has all the same outlet shops and it is indoors, so perfect for inclement or cold weather. This is a big mall, so don't expect quaint shops - but if you want to do some outlet shopping this place has everything - and its a short Uber/Lyft ride away (about 20 minutes)
