John G's is only open from 7 AM- 3 PM for breakfast and lunch. They are right across from Lantana Beach. This is by far our favorite breakfast place. They are famous for their cinnamon nut french toast and for lunch it's their fish and chips though all of their food is excellent. The fried fish is great, but we LOVE it broiled! It is definitely worth the drive and parking is really easy! There is often a line outside the door, but don't let that deter you as the line moves VERY quickly and it is definitely worth the wait! They serve breakfast until 11:15 and until 11:45 on Sundays. NOTE: They do NOT take credit cards. They have an ATM available, but best to have cash!

Very nice Mall as it is so quiet and peaceful for a Mall. It has the regular Mall shops plus some of the high end stores. Parking is very convenient. This is my favorite Mall in our area. It is further than the Wellington Green Mall (which is nice) but if you want to spend the day and then have a nice dinner, Palm Beach Gardens area is a great place to go! You can take in a movie to finish off your evening!

Very nice Mall as it is so quiet and peaceful for a Mall. It has the regular Mall shops plus some of the high end stores. Parking is very convenient. This is my favorite Mall in our area. It is further than the Wellington Green Mall (which is nice) but if you want to spend the day and then have a nice dinner, Palm Beach Gardens area is a great place to go! You can take in a movie to finish off your evening!

If you like flea markets, you will enjoy Festival Marketplace! This is an indoor/air conditioned flea market with a wide variety of vendors. They have a small food court too. Definitely a great place for flea market shoppers, especially on a rainy day.

Getting Around
Brightline is our NEW high speed train service between West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Miami. We recently tried this out and it was GREAT! We went to Miami and the Brightline Terminal is walking distance (approx. 1 mile) from the famous Bayside area where there is shopping and lots of dining options. The Fort Lauderdale station is walking distance from the Museum of Discovery and Science. Uber and Lyft are great options for further distances.
