The Hawk's Nest is a scenic location outside Port Jervis, New York high above the Delaware River on New York State Route 97. Its name is derived from the birds of prey that nest in the area. The location is also known for its winding roads and scenic overlooks in the Delaware River Valley. The fall foliage is an amazing attraction that brings people from all over to take amazing beautiful pictures!

The best deep fried ice cream hands down! Beautiful views of the Delaware river.. Definitely a must visit you can't come to the Tri state area and not go to the creamery! The owners and the the staff are amazing!
