You can skim through an endless selection of raw silk, cotton, and embroidered fabrics. You're bound to find the exact print and colour you're looking for among the hundreds of reels of cloth within the market. Found just across the Dubai Creek from many of its sister souk districts, you will encounter dozens of markets and stalls at the famous Textile Souk, where traders will unveil some of the finest fabrics, silks and patterns from around the world.

The abras or ‘water taxis’ run every few minutes throughout the entire day across four stations along the creek. The first route goes from Deira Old Souk Abra Station (near the Spice Souk) to Bur Dubai Abra Station (west of the Old Souk). The second, much busier route runs continuously from Al Sabkha Abra Station (just southwest of Baniyas Square) to Dubai Old Souk Abra Station. Enjoy for just 1 AED!
