Bayview Park is a local favorite, and is a great place to go and spend a few hours. It has plenty of playground equipment for the kiddos, picnic tables & covered seating areas that are first come/first serve, tennis courts, piers to walk out on, and even a dog park!

If you're here in season and want to check out Pensacola's local baseball team, feel free to grab a ticket to the game and enjoy the views. The Wahoo's stadium is situated on the coast line and is a stunning stadium.

Food scene
McGuire's is a local favorite and for good reason. Known for high quality, cooked to perfection steaks, you'll enjoy some of the best authentic Irish food while being serenaded by kilted bagpipers roaming the restaurant. Definitely try the boxtys for an appetizer and be careful how many Irish Wakes you drink, they hit hard and fast!

This is probably our favorite seafood place in Pensacola, with breathtaking views and always a nice cool breeze on the deck, The Fish House has delicious daily specials and the all time favorite "Grits-A-Yaya" (Shrimp and Gouda Grits). Their sister restaurant next door makes awesome sushi and you have the option to order that as well! Don't forget to try the Soul Rolls as an appetizer!

If you want the best Oysters around, you'll have to check out Peg Leg Pete's. Situated on Pensacola Beach, this place is casual and you can feel comfortable going after a day on the beach, even if you're still in damp clothes or swimming attire.

Looking for delicious, local Italian? Bonelli's is the place to go! I don't think I've ever had anything from there I didn't like! Check it out on 9th, right across from the East Hill Market.

Friends, come close and listen to what I'm about to tell you...This place is the BEST KEPT SECRET in Pensacola. If you want the best taco's you could ever hope to eat, you must visit here before you leave. You're going to pull up and think "This is just a gas station", but no my friend, there's a little taco stand back there with hidden taco glory. Please go and try it! Seriously, so good.

Walking around Seville's Historic District is always fun. Lined with great restaurants and shops on the outskirts, you'll find the park right there in the middle of downtown Pensacola. Check out Old Christ Church, and enjoy the big old oak trees scattered about.

For Barrancas is a great place to visit on your trip to Pensacola. Check out the old fort that was actually used long ago, and see what's left of the remains. The kids will love going through the halls and tunnels, while seeing the cannons and walking the trails. Also a great place for photos!
