My personal favorite. The UFO Baja style and extra sour cream and a cold drink. I eat here every time I am in town. Outside seating, walk here from the beach and no shirt or shoes required. Has a bathroom.

Historical Sightseeing
The lighthouse is a must see. You can climb to the top or just walk around the grounds. From the top, you can see all of St. Augustine! I like to find things that I have visited to get my barrings. The Museum is low key and very informative. There is a little place to get Lemonade and adult beverages.

Fort Mose in St. Augustine is the site of the first legally sanctioned free African American settlement. While the fort itself no longer stands, the site it stood on still feels full of the groundbreaking history that was made there. https://www.visitstaugustine.com/thing-to-do/fort-mose

Very unusual place to visit. See alligators and other reptiles and birds in a zoo setting. Locals like to visit with their kids and I use to go with my grandmother every summer.

With 1,600 acres, including four miles of pristine beach, tidal salt marshes and hammock preserves, Anastasia State Park has most everything a beachgoer might be looking for: sunbathing, surfing, swimming, fishing, sailboats, paddle boarding, and sailboarding. This beach boasts beautiful, white sandy beaches, a variety of birds, turtles, and other wildlife. Visitors can walk the nature trails that wind through the dunes shaded by maritime hammocks. Spectacular sunrises can be viewed from this spot, as well as the oldest city's inlet, where the Matanzas meets the Atlantic Ocean.
