Featured on the Netflix series Chef's Table this small but impactful restaurant is a quick and casual place for the best Barbacoa in the US. Cristina Martinez's story can make your eyes well up.... but so does her food :)

Located in the heart of the Italian Market, Villa di Roma is the italian food you dream about. Not fancy, not refined, but the best damn chicken parm and spaghetti that will send you to the gym the next day. Try their house salad... I know you think we are crazy recommending a house salad but its good :)

You would never know the place existed as it doesn't really have any signage in a stretch of industrial buildings right before northern liberties. But inside is some of the greatest art for sale in this city, and more importantly a family who deserves a reality TV show. The Isens are a Philly family that knows there stuff and has been in the art world for 5 decades. If you wanna go, send us a message as the place is quasi open to the public
