This little gem of a condo is across from a very large park Called Coeur D'Alene Park directly across from the condo is a tennis court open to public, huge grassy area, walk or run around the park. Easy access to I-90 and very close to downtown Spokane. Stay here for the Lilac parade, Hoop-fest, Bloomsday run, events at the convention center, for your visit to surrounding colleges or just to simply visit Spokane. we do allow our furry pets with an extra small cleaning fee of $40.
Very open floor plan, smaller patio with comfy chairs and table. Down comforter, and linen make for a comfortable sleep.
Browne's Addition is Spokane's first neighborhood. For decades this neighborhood was an enclave for the city's elite residents.

Industrial condo in the heart of the Theater District in downtown Spokane. Please Note: While this can accommodate 4 people, there is one queen size bed and one blow up mattress and is a studio condo. This spacious space that boasts concrete floors, brick walls, and plenty of charm. You're close to all that downtown has to offer, including restaurants, bars, shopping, Riverfront Park, Riverfront Mall and theaters.
Since this condo is located in the heart of downtown, you can expect some level of noise. Usually no later than 9 pm on weeknights, sometimes later on the weekends. There is a train that runs through downtown Spokane, however they are required to go slowly at night and can rarely be heard. There is a paid parking lot (Diamond Parking) right outside the front entrance that can accommodate most vehicles. There is also ample street parking that is free after 7 pm and on Sundays and Holidays. If you require secured parking, there is a secure lot at the Davenport Hotel (paid) that is only a few block from the building. If you have more than 2 people in your party, I can provide a blow-up mattress. However, since this is a small space, there isn't a lot of privacy. Please ensure I know about the additional guests and need for a blow-up mattress before checking in. During this time with social distancing in place, there has been an abundance of displaced people in the downtown area, which is where the condo is located. If you feel uncomfortable with the possibility of being around this type of environment, please reconsider booking at any downtown location at this time. Thank you for understanding.
Surrounded by theaters, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and breweries, there is never a shortage of things to do and places to eat/drink. Try 1st Avenue Coffee for a delightful modern setting and wonderful coffee. There is also plentiful paid parking around the building.

A block away from the luxurious Kendall Yards District, you may find that you only want to spend time here to sleep. You'll find a quiet, clean, and comfortable space on the ground floor, to relax and unwind after enjoying everything Downtown Spokane has to offer. Our place is close to public transportation and freeway entrances making your commute a breeze. There are many local cafes and shops just around the corner. You also have a parking space in the rear of the building.
This condo is light and airy with floor to ceiling windows in the living room. (There are full blinds for privacy). Both bedrooms have queen beds, memory foam mattress in one and traditional in the other, 500+ thread count sheets, and blackout shades. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. It's also family friendly with games, books, popcorn, and 4k smart TV. (Netflix and other apps are available to use but not provided). There is one parking spot included in the back of the building and plenty of free street parking. (Parking spots are assigned). Protecting the environment and supporting the local economy are important to us so we've taken steps to help you enjoy all that our neighborhood has to offer. Guests looking to stay longer than 30 nights will be provided an in person check-in and asked to sign a short term lease. This allows for clear expectations and consistent experience for our guests. It's important to us to respect our neighbors so quiet times are 10pm - 8am. No smoking, only service animals allowed. Parties are not allowed unless approved in advance.
Kendall Yards has so much going on. It is blocks away from the heart of downtown Spokane including Riverpark Square and Riverfront Park. There are several local breweries, coffee roasters, wineries, and unique restaurants all within minutes.

  • Þessi leiga er þægileg í Kendall Yards, nálægt fullt af góðum veitingastöðum, verslunum, Riverfront Park. Bílastæði voru auðveld. Íbúðin var rúmgóð og stílhrein. Það var högg hjá litlu fjölskyldunni minni. Við kunnum vel að vera á jarðhæð. Ég vil þó taka það fram að þú þarft að fara upp nokkrar stigar til að komast inn að hurðinni með tökkunum til að komast inn í bygginguna. Við gerðum okkur fyrir því með því að láta eitt okkar klifra upp stigann og opna svo eina af afturhurðunum til að hleypa hitt foreldrinu inn með kerrunni, svo það var fínt hjá okkur. Við höfðum mikla dvöl og vonumst til að vera hér aftur.

Note, unit is a basement unit but has 5 windows and gets nice natural light while still staying cool and comfortable - just does not have a view
    Only 10 steps down on your way in to the unit. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. Kitchen is stocked with dishes and pots and pans and a dishwasher. Over 600 sq feet gives guests plenty of space to stretch out! Large shared laundry room on same level as the condo - so no stairs to do laundry.

    This cozy apartment is located on the top floor of a 1929 brick building which was originally used as a dormitory for nurses. It is now on the historic registry. You will have a designated parking place in the parking lot. The building does not have an elevator, so be prepared to walk up 3 flights of stairs.
    The building is located directly across the street from the Centennial Trail, a 37-mile paved recreational trail for pedestrians and non-motorized vehicles. Kendall Yards, which is home to many good eateries, is only a few blocks away.

My favorite neighborhood feature is the Camp Caro Community Park 5mins away, which provides access to the beautiful 530 acre Dishman Hills Natural Area, perfect for some incredible scenery, hiking and fresh air.
