“Very affluent and laid back atmosphere on the clean streets of this historical city, home to the FOX Moviehouse, and The Crest, two landmarks in the heart of Westwood Village. All newly released Hollywood movies are presented here, with the Red carpet, and you can be part of it. I will guide you for a fee, for 6 hours around UCLA, and the Hammer Museum, as well as to see Marilyn Monroe's Vault. Exciting and impressive.”

“Wonderful neighborhood for easy shopping and parking, post office, groceries, banks, great restaurants. 2 miles north. Right now feels very 1940's which is kind of nice as the city develops so much else.”

“The NoHo Arts District is a community in North Hollywood, Los Angeles, California, that is home to contemporary theaters, art galleries, cafes, and shops. The community is generally bounded by Hatteras Street to the north, Cahuenga Blvd to the east, Tujunga Ave to the west, and Camarillo Street to the south. The area features more than twenty professional theaters, producing new work and classics, diverse art galleries, public art, and professional dance studios. The district also features the largest concentration of music recording venues west of the Mississippi. A Metro Rail station is located here, the North Hollywood station of the Red Line, and serves as the terminus of the Metro Orange Line busway. Stand in front of Mcdonalds and take the 158 Metro bus to the train station, then walk to the center of the Arts district. ”

“This space is a 5 minute drive to Encino Park where you will find basketball courts, tennis courts, grill's and children's play area. However, if those aren't your preferred sports/activities you could drive a little further over to Woodley Park where you will find a cricket field , archery range, boat rentals, bike path and bike rentals. You can even hike through the Sepulveda Basin Wildlife Reserve. This location is also walking distance to Los Encinos State Park where you are allowed to walk through the village of Siutcanga and visit an 1800's blacksmith shop or even feed the large number of geese and ducks that live in the nearby pond. The property is adjacent to beautiful hiking trails and if golf is your thing, the Encino Municipal Golf is open to the public (bucket of golf balls are only $5. If you enjoy fishing Balboa Lake is just a 5 minute drive away ( a fishing license is required) and if you choose to partake in this 5 minute journey I highly recommend making a visit to the Japanese Gardens located just a block away from the lake. An uncountable number of eateries and coffee shops are close by as well. ”
