Zoo
“A firm favourite with many people. I've not chanced it since a near miss with my then 2 year old mistaking a lemur's tail for a bell-pull. Hasn't currently reopened. Keep checking: www.monkeyworld.org”

“A real treat for the foodies. Delicious food from home-grown or local produce. Eat out on the terrace to make the most of the beautiful Studland views. On the slightly pricier side but absolutely worth it. Often has a waiting list so book early to avoid disappointment!”

“Roughly 54 miles from Southampton, Durdle Door (sometimes written Durdle Dor) is a natural limestone arch on the Jurassic Coast near Lulworth in Dorset, England. It is owned by the Welds, a family who own 12,000 acres in Dorset in the name of the Lulworth Estate. It is open to the public. We visited there recently and were stunned at the scenery and beaches. A real marvel and an amazing place to visit if you’re in the Dorset area, highly recommended! ”

Nature
“The Jurassic Coast is a hugely diverse and beautiful landscape underpinned by incredible geology of global importance. In 2001 it became a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Jurassic Coast begins at Orcombe Point in Exmouth, Devon, and continues for 95 miles to Old Harry Rocks, near Swanage, Dorset. This span takes in four distinct geographic regions – East Devon, West Dorset, Weymouth & Portland and Purbeck – each containing their own iconic towns, villages and natural landscapes. The Jurassic Coast is England’s only natural World Heritage Site. It was inscribed by UNESCO for the outstanding universal value of its rocks, fossils and landforms.”
