The famous antipasto di pesce crudo e cotto consists of seven different types of seafood, and is a must-have. The spaghetti with sea urchins and the ravioli with grouper work beautifully as a duo. Choose your catch from a platter overflowing with John Dory, dorado, trill, seabass and possibly even a live crab- all freshly caught and subject to the whims and generosity of the sea. For those who prefer beef, the Aberdeen Angus fillet and rib-eye never fail to please.
