The Usutu Restaurant
Please note that the restaurant has burned down. Renovation and reconstruction is under way. The Restaurant has been moved to our conference facilities with beautiful finished and the same, delicious food. The menu varies week to week.

The Volleyball court is a popular activity amongst families, groups, and individuals. This activity is popular during summer. The children’s playground is always a popular gathering point for youngsters and features a jungle gym.
The 18 hole putt putt course is a favorite amongst children and families alike. The course is a perfect challenge for teambuilding
Paul Kruger House
Paul Kruger was the first president of the Transvaal Republic, here his former farm has been transformed into a museum of farming life in the late nineteenth century. There are four buildings that been restored to their former state; the oldest of which is the cottage; built in 1841 by the previous owner of the farm; the newer thatched cottage, built by Kruger for his family in 1863 and known as ‘Pioneer House’; the main homestead, built in 1872 which hosues many of Kruger’s personal possessions.
The Elephant Sanctuary
A safe haven for elephants, the elephant Sanctuary offers a unique opportunity for education and to interact with these magnificent animals. The sanctuary aims to keep happy elephants and provide guests with a once in a lifetime opportunity to experience the elephants in a way not possible in parks or zoos. The relationship between elephant and man is based on trust, developed through a unique reward based system.
Pilanesberg National Park
The Pilanesberg National Park covers some 55 000 hectares and is the fourth largest park in Southern Africa. It is perched on the eroded vestiges of one of the only three alkaline volcanic craters in the world. The area is world famous for it’s unique geology, formed more that one thousand million years ago by huge volcanic eruptions. The unique size, shape and volcanic origins of the rock combined with millions of years of weathering have given the landscape a wide variety of geologic features.
The Vaalkop Dam is situated 54 km north of Brits and is well knows as a destination for fishing as well as birdwatching. The site offers a camping ground for caravaners along with all basic amenities. Anglers will find carp and yellowfish in abundance while birdwatchers can spot up to 340 species. With an advanced booking, you can gain access to the 800 ha bird sanctuary.
Rustenburg Golf Course
Situated amongst some of the largest platinum mines in the world, besides the foothills of the Magaliesburg, Rustenburg Golf Course offers a superb golfing experience for pros and amateurs alike. The course has been newly upgraded with bent grass greens and features two dams on the first and sixth hols. The course is in great condition thanks to the hard work of the dedicated greenkeeper.
The Sun City Resort is a major tourist attraction of the area, comprising of four hotels, two world-class golf courses, casinos and the magnificent Lost City water park. The area is part of a larger nature reserve where many animals including vervit monkeys and Chakma baboons roam freely. There are numerous restaurants, poolside venues, lush gardens, entertainment venues and sporting facilities within the resort.
