A one-room cozy cabin with bunk beds, a private porch and a small parking space. Beautiful view. Ideal for motor bikers, cyclists, tenters or people looking for a unique B&B. Great for those rainy nights when you don't want to set up your tent or just need a clean quiet place to sleep. There is no electricity but there is a shared flush bathroom and cold water. Linens, bedding, pillows, towels, basic tableware and utensils are provided. There are no hot showers. This cabin is closed for winter.
What makes this unique is the view and the rustic feeling of being in the woods. There is an outdoor cold shower that guests have experienced in all it's uniqueness. So many tenters have loved spending a night or two not having to set up their tents and appreciated a clean dry place to rest.
Our property is on a quiet local road four minutes from the town of Lillooet. It is surrounded by majestic rugged moutains and flowing streams and rivers. It overlooks the mighty Fraser River. It is an oasis in the desert with lush green grounds. Texas Creek Road is a lush pocket amongst the semi-arid Lillooet landscape. The road is home to the trailhead of the famous Della Creek bike trail, as well as many farms.

Lillooet is located in one of the most geographically and geologically dramatic and rich regions on earth. One translation of the name Lillooet is "Where many rivers meet". Lillooet is not just a place to visit; it is a place to explore. Lillooet is located close to Whistler, but enjoys small town charms and prices.
Our Guest House is located with a beautiful view of the Fraser River, where BC’s history as the world’s biggest supplier of jade began. There are two large jade boulders at the Guest House, and 30 jade monuments around town. Jade Valley Guest House, located on the ground floor, is within walking distance of most services on Main Street. We are situated right behind the Fire hall, which is opposite the historic United Church on Main street.
Downtown location on quiet one-way street, overlooking the Fraser river. In the apartment above lives the landlord, Erdmann, the retired art-teacher, potter, philosopher and jade lover; You are welcome to talk to Erdmann about local history and rocks, he will gladly share his knowledge :) If you are interested in seeing how we work with clay on the potter's wheel, ask us and we will happily demonstrate it and you are welcome to try working on the wheel yourself.

Quiet, cozy, private upper floor of our Lillooet Home, with beautiful southern views of the Fraser River Valley. The home features a private entrance , parking and outdoor areas including a deck with gazebo situated under our large apricot tree. Perfect for a peaceful morning coffee, or an evening BBQ. The large separate driveway can easily accomodate several cars, or an RV or truck/trailer.
Jiyoung and Chris split their time between the City and the Country. While we love our City life, we... perhaps even more, love coming to Lillooet to enjoy the peaceful, beautiful view. The town motto, is "Guaranteed Rugged".... but that is only the view.

Newly renovated 1-bedroom apartment in 'Rockwood': a 6-plex with stunning views over the mighty Fraser River and the rugged mountains surrounding Lillooet. This is a magic place and the view from the private balcony is amazing. It is 5 minutes to the 'Old Mill Plaza' with an excellent grocery store, pharmacy, liquor store etc. The summers can be quite hot in Lillooet, up to 40oC (104oF). Our apartment has AC and it is only 15 minutes with car to the lake where it always is cool. Welcome!
The building sits on a slope facing the Fraser River. You can stroll down the gravel road to the Old Bridge to get a closer look. It's mesmerizing! Up the hill is the Old Mill Plaza with grocery store, pharmacy etc. The center of Lillooet is a couple of kilometers down the road where you can find the cafe & bakery 'A-bun-dance', a few restaurants - Greek, Chinese, pizzeria, and a pub.

A cozy cabin in a private & peaceful setting over looking Loon Creek, on Organic Ranch in the rural Loon Lake Valley. Get close to nature, enjoy wildlife, farm animals, endless hiking & numerous lakes to explore nearby. Loon Lake just 2km away. Enjoy buying meat direct from our farm. A great spot to disconnect, enjoy the peace of the wilderness, go fishing, boating, or back roads exploring. The historic Cabin has an open living area with kitchen, 2 beds, fireplace & bathroom. 2 cabins available.
A great place for those who want to get in touch with nature, spend time outdoors, observe a wide range of wildlife in its true environment, enjoy a working farm atmosphere, disconnect from busy everyday life, or simply enjoy a quiet and relaxing get-away. This cabin offers an authentic farm experience in rural wilderness of British Columbia, Canada. This is one of two cabins on our farm available to rent through Air BnB. Our cabin, set on our Organic farm in rural British Columbia, enables guests to get lost in the peace and quiet of the country, recharge and disconnect, enjoy the beauty of untouched nature, experience all forms of wildlife and farm animals, have access to endless exploring of hundreds of lakes and forests (some recently charred by wildfire), and experience first hand the workings of a rural farm in Canada. Guests are able to hike, or cycle, directly from the cabin on to endless acres of public ("crown") land. Just 2 km away in the ever popular Loon Lake, with trophy trout fishing, as well as the opportunity for boat/canoe rentals. There are many, many more lakes, hiking opportunities, and scenic back roads drives, within a 1 hour drive. Guests also have the opportunity to purchase our farm raised meat and eggs during their stay. (products and availability may change and are dependent on season and customer sales) Keep in mind that we offer a real rural farm experience, complete with everything each season brings, including; heat, cold, dust, mud, bugs, unreliable cell service, no local grocery stores, and wood burning fireplaces to keep warm. Please Note: If you are looking for a polished and commercialized accommodation with every convenience please consider that our cabin may not be what you're looking for. However, if you're looking to get close to nature, enjoy wildlife, peace and quiet, and an authentic farm experience then our cabins are right for you! CABIN: The historic log cabin was built by a local pioneer in 1942, as a fishing cabin for a resort on nearby Loon Lake. Since moving it to our farm it has served as our "Cowboy/Wrangler" cabin for ranch employees. We now enjoy renting it out to vacationing or traveling guests. LIVING SPACE: The cabin has one 14'x18' open living space, which includes a full kitchen, fireplace, small table with chairs, 1 queen sized bed, and 1 double futon. The kitchen has a propane stove/oven, a mini fridge, coffee maker, and all the cookware and dishes that should be required for your stay. The cabin has a nice shaded front porch, perfect for relaxing in the evenings or during the heat of the day. BATHROOM: The full bathroom includes a toilet, sink & counter, and a small shower, rod & hangers for clothes, and a few available drawers in the dresser. * Please note - shower is small and sometimes takes time to figure out the right water temperature. Hot water tank is also small, but enough for 1 longer shower, or 2 quick showers at a time. ACTIVITIES: A very popular area for hunting, snowmobiling, atving, kayaking and outdoor enthusiasts. We are surrounded by thousands of acres of crown land - just a few minute drive to access. There is no shortage of outdoors to explore, and hundreds of lakes near by. THE FARM: Our ranch is family run and fully operating, with baby lambs in the spring, haying in the summer, as well as many chickens, dogs, horses, cows through out the year. We sell organic eggs, chicken, lamb & beef through out the year, which are available for purchase to any visitors. The cabin is in a nicely treed quiet & private setting, away from most of the farm action. With a large field in view of the cabin you may see the tractor or atv driving around during haying season, or watch animals graze out in the fields.(don't worry, we wont make this noise as the sun comes up, and there is no rooster to wake you at 5am!) For your safety, guests are not allowed in pens or fields with the animals, and are expected to respect all pets and farm animals. Please keep in mind that we have working dogs on our farm that are loose in the yard. If you have concerns with this please message us prior to booking. OTHER CABIN DETAILS TO NOTE: All linens are included (bedding and towels) The woodstove is the only source of heat in the cabin, and firewood will be provided for this purpose (only). If guests are planning to have a late check-in time during the moderately-chilly months they are welcome to request us to start a fire before their arrival - advanced notice can ensure this (as we are not necessarily home a few hours prior to a guests arrival, if a late request is made). *Please keep this in mind if you are doing a same-day booking. During the indefinitely colder months we will be sure to start a fire and warm the cabin up for your arrival, however, after that it is guests responsibility to keep the fire going if needed. Of course, guests are welcome to request to have us stoke the fire during cold times if they plan to be out for extended periods of time, and we will gladly do so if we are available. *As we respect our guests privacy, we will not to do this unless requested. Small campfires may be permitted, but on approval only. Provincial campfire bans are often in effect from early June until September. Campfire wood is available for purchase, or bring your own. Guests must check with us before lighting any campfires. *When the temperature drops below freezing there will be no running water in the cabin. This typically begins around mid-October until the end of March, however varies from year to year. Please be aware of this before booking around October & March/April, keeping in mind that we can not predict the nighttime temperature in advance more specifically than this. During the times the water freezes we will provide the cabins with a bucket of water with a tap to use in the sink, as well as buckets of water they can use to still flush the toilet. Simply dump some water down the toilet bowl to flush. The shower will not be useable and guests will have to heat their own hot water on the stove. PETS: Pets are considered. A message, and approval, prior to booking is required. A $15 pet fee/pet/stay does apply (1 night stays with multiple pets may be negotiated case by case). Because it is a working farm with many animals and livestock, we require all pets on leash when outside - for their own safety, and the safety of our livestock. We do ask for owners to pick up after their dogs - doggy bags are great if you have, or shoveling and throwing in to the bushes or animal pens will also suffice. For everyone's comfort we make a point of limiting our dogs interaction with guests' pets at first, (we will keep our dogs inside and only by our side if you have a visiting pet) because we understand it is important for any pet introductions to be done with both owners present. Our large dogs can be a bit intimidating for visiting pets, so we understand to need to have "doggy" introductions done in a controlled manner and only when a/if appropriate.

Takk James

Applewood Imagination Studio/Guest House is a place to rest, write music, paint, create art etc.. It has a fenced yard.
The internal door leads to the laundry room and pottery studio, where we create. You might hear noises from the washing machine/dryer and the potter's wheel. The pottery studio is between the house and the 2-storey building, from outside it looks like a continuous building. When you hear us in the pottery - come in and see how we turn clay into beautiful pieces.
From the house you are able to see the magnificent Fraser River valley with mountains on both sides.

This is a spacious, clean three bedroom home on one floor with all of the amenities you need. One full bathroom with tub & shower, plus one half-bath in the Master bedroom. We can arrange for additional cleaning for longer stays (over 4 days). No food is included but the kitchen is fully equipped and functional and the grocery store is only 750m away. Quiet, residential neighbourhood close enough to walk to downtown. Enjoy the beautiful panoramic views from the bright interior or the deck!
Lillooet is known for it's exceptionally long growing season, warm, dry climate in Spring/Summer and Fall, and is becoming known for it's vinyards, with award-winning Fort Berens winery as well as more opening in Spring 2020. Looking over the mighty Fraser River, Lillooet is surrounded by awe-inspiring mountains and valleys and has a rich history and culture from the St'at'imc Nation, the gold rush, and mining. In Spring and summer the tourism market is flourishing, with more people wanting to experience the beauty of the area under warm, sunny skies. From this house you can enjoy 180 degree views from the kitchen, dining and living room and watch as eagles soar outside your window. Sit on the deck to enjoy the unobstructed views of the Fraser & the mountains beyond. A quick 10 minute drive will take you to the beautiful beach on Seton Lake or to the award-winning Fort Berens winery, or drive along the awe-inspiring Texas Creek road to visit the Lillooet Sheep Pasture golf course and more wineries & ranches.
Park Drive has some of the best views in Lillooet, and the homes are spread out so that you have unobstructed views. Due to the elevation and layout of the property, there is not a backyard (too steep) so it is not recommended to have young children playing alone in the yard. There are a couple of great coffee shops in town (my favorite is Abundance) and we have a hiking book available to show guests the best places to go exploring in the area.
