“Note: We are about as close as you get to Universal as Orange County does not allow vacation rental homes- only hotels, but you are only 20-25 minutes away.”

“Lake Eola is the iconic lake located in Downtown Orlando. It's great for walking, or a morning jog and close to many popular areas like Thornton Park, Downtown and Lake Eola Heights. Every Sunday there is a Farmer's market that takes place from 10am-4pm; great for local crafts and local food. ”

“The swans of Lake Eola are iconic and so are the swan boats that you can rent and paddle around the lake in. Definitely do this on a not so hot or overcast day as the sun can be brutal reflecting off the lake. They are a great time though and the only way to get close to the fountain.”
