The suite is completely locked off from the main house and has its own entrance. It's a very spacious and comfortable basement apartment. The suite has two configurations. This listing is for the configuration that is suitable for 1-3 people. With this setup, there is one queen bed and one couch (see the layout in the pictures). If your group requires an additional bed, we have another listing where we rearrange the layout and pull down a full size murphy bed to the space. The multi-bed configuration sleeps up to five people and is available by viewing our Airbnb profile and looking under "Listings" on the left. During the basement remodel, we were very guest conscientious and did our best to minimize the intrusiveness of overhead duct work (which is unavoidable in most Louisville basements). If you’re 5’10 or less... you’re free and clear, but if you’re an above average height individual, you will need to dip down in a couple areas (see the pictures- the lowest spots measure 70 inches floor to ceiling). We hope you’ll appreciate how we intentionally arranged the furniture and duct soffits to provide as much head room as possible. We also paid special attention to lighting since it’s a basement. With the high-lumen LED recess lights and brand new windows throughout, it feels vibrant and welcoming! We hope you love the space as much as we do! Ashlyn is a flight attendant. Since she spends half her time in hotels she knows very well what its like to be the "guest." With that in mind, our first priority is to make sure that our suite is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for every visitor. We change all linens (even the comforters and blankets) after each visitor and supply plush high-end hotel quality towels. We even installed a whole-house air purification system to eliminate allergens and airborne germs. For COVID-19 we are taking special precautions to help ensure our suite is as safe as possible for guests and our family. We have added disinfecting all hard surfaces to our post-guest routine. In addition to the cleanliness, we also provide free snacks, water, coffee and toiletries. There are two WIFI networks to ensure that an internet connection is always available. Linked to those networks, the suite has two smart TVs pre-equipped with Netflix, Hulu Live, HBO, Disney+ and ESPN. If you have any other subscriptions, you're welcome to download the relevant channels. And of course, there's a hairdryer and ironing board in suite as well.
Audubon is well know in Louisville as a highly desirable neighborhood with a great mixture of architectural charm and convenience. Audubon Park is acclaimed as one of the best areas to walk in the whole city and the attached Audubon Country Club is one of the most exclusive golf courses in Kentucky. These neighborhood features, in addition to the convenience of location outlined in the listing, ensure this rental will not disappoint.

LONG TERM STAY - A minimum of a 30 day stay. Longer stays are welcome. This is just 3 houses from Frankfort Avenue with lots of shops, great dining and entertainment all within walking distance. If you enjoy walking, you are just minutes away from the walking bridge, (to Indiana side, it's about 1 mile). Take an afternoon, have lunch and then check out the Schempff's candy shop. It's 126 years old with a small candy museum next door, (no charge). Great location and so many things to do.
This unique, 115 year old home, with lots of character and charm, has been completely renovated. Everything you need is here. Take a walk during the day and enjoy the front porch in the evening with your favorite beverage.

A one bedroom studio style condo with high ceilings, open floor plan and floor to ceiling windows in the living room providing a bright and airy space. Spacious outdoor patio with seating and a fire pit perfect for winding down the day. I am situated between Nulu and Downtown Louisville within walking distance to plenty of nightlife, shops, bars, waterfront park. I am also in very close proximity to the University, Airport and under 10 minute drive to Churchill Downs for Derby-goers!
Full use of the kitchen and washer and dryer. Parking is free and directly outside the unit which is unbeatable so close to downtown! I have a queen size bed as well as a queen size air mattress available for guests to use and have comfortably hosted 3 guests plus myself. As a student, I am all for hosting groups up to 5 people looking to save a bit of money by utilizing the couch and an air mattress that is available for guest use. There is one key for guest use but two can be provided upon request.
I am situated between Nulu and downtown, "Nulu" being "new Louisville". Nulu has the energetic vibe that you would expect for an area of new development in an urban area: ample (FANTASTIC) dining and drinking options, hip coffee shops, insta-worthy wall murals, small business storefronts to shop and plenty of nightlife.

This condo is great for entertaining and small groups. This condo is the entire upper floor of the building in the picture. There are NO shared spaces with any other occupants. Additionally, once you enter the condominium you there are no steps to climb up. The entire 2nd floor is on one floor with no additional steps. All 3 beds are tempurpedic beds. They are very comfortable! Central Hallway and Steps: There are 4 steps with railings on both sides (see picture of the front of the building) before the entrance door to the central hallway. The first floor has 2 units and the second floor has 1 unit. In order to get to the condo on the 2nd floor there are 2 small sections of steps (both sections have 6 steps (handrail on one side and the wall on the other) (see picture). The hallway entrance is 36" wide and also the steps themselves are 36" wide. (standard size for steps). The steps are NOT steep and are carpeted. The central hallway is well lit and has been recently remodeled. This condo is also very kid, infant friendly. It has door locks located on the upper portion of the doors in order to keep kids in/ out of certain areas. The flókið hefur einkabílastæði svæði sem er hlið og tryggt með kóða. Okkur fannst aldrei óöruggt að koma og fara, þó við gengum ekki í miðbæinn á nóttunni. Það er ganganlegt. Að ganga um daginn var frábært og það voru margir veitingastaðir og verslanir rétt handan við hornið. Einingin er stutt Uber-ferð til EXPO miðstöðvarinnar og allra markið í Louisville. Einingin var vel útbúin og vel búinn af kaffi, pappírsvörum o.s.frv. 3 konur í 3 daga og við áttum nóg af handklæði, þvo klút, salernispappír o.fl. Ég myndi mæla með hvaða vini sem er og myndi bóka aftur. Jóhannes var mikill gestgjafi og í boði ef við þurftum. Við komumst auðveldlega inn og út úr einingunni með fyrirmælum hans.

    New Albany is a great community only a few miles from downtown Louisville. There are many local restaurants, bars, and breweries all within walking distance. The Ohio river (also walking distance) is a lovely place to hangout or walk along the banks. We love to recommend our favorite spots in New Albany and Louisville if interested.

    Beautiful basement suite in charming Louisville neighborhood. Perfect location is close to everything!     The suite is completely separate from the main house with its own entrance. It's a very spacious and comfortable basement apartment. There is one queen bed, one full size murphy bed and one couch. The murphy bed and couch are in the living space (see image of floor plan). In all it sleeps 5. During the remodel, we were very guest conscientious and did our best to minimize the intrusiveness of overhead duct work (which is unavoidable in most Louisville basements). If you’re 5’10 or less... you’re free and clear, but if you’re an above average height individual, you will need to dip down in a couple areas (see the pictures- the lowest spots measure 70 inches floor to ceiling). We hope you’ll appreciate how we intentionally arranged the furniture and duct soffits to provide as much head room as possible. We also paid special attention to lighting since it’s a basement. With the high-lumen LED recess lights and brand new windows throughout, it feels nothing like a basement! We hope you love the space as much as we do! Ashlyn is a flight attendant. Since she spends half her time in hotels she knows very well what its like to be the "guest." With that in mind, our first priority is to make sure that our suite is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for every visitor. We change all linens (even the comforters and blankets) after each visitor and supply plush high-end hotel quality towels. We even installed a whole-house air purification system to eliminate allergens. In addition to the cleanliness, we also provide free snacks, water, coffee and toiletries. There are two WIFI networks to ensure that an internet connection is always available. Linked to those networks, the suite has two smart TVs pre-equipped with Netflix, Hulu and ESPN. If you have any other subscriptions, you're welcome to download additional channels. And of course, there's a hairdryer and ironing board in suite as well.
    Audubon is well know in Louisville as a highly desirable neighborhood with a great mixture of architectural charm and convenience. Audubon Park is acclaimed as one of the best areas to walk in the whole city and the attached Audubon Country Club is one of the most exclusive golf courses in Kentucky. If you have any questions, please ask.** This newly developed space is located on the fourth floor of the Historic Theater Building on 4th St in downtown Louisville, immediately south of the central business district. We have no affiliation with the Palace Theater. Guests will not have direct access to the theater or theater privileges. You will enter the building through the main entrance on S 4th St and an elevator will take you to the fourth floor. The front door locks at 7 PM daily, but an exterior key pad will allow access to the building after hours. The apartment features two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. One bathroom connects to a bedroom, and the other is detached but nearby in the hallway. The common rooms are well designed with plenty of space for all guests, and the sofa converts into an additional bed. The kitchen features stainless appliances and has everything needed to make a meal, minus the food. There is a laundry room in the apartment with side-by-side washer and dryer for any laundry needs during your stay. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent by email at 3 PM EST the day prior to your arrival and will include information related to parking and property access. Check out is at 10 AM. We do our best to accommodate all early check-in and late check-out requests. Please contact us the day prior to your scheduled check-in or check-out to discuss. Check-ins before 2 PM and check-outs after 11 AM will have an additional cost. This property has a strict policy against noise after 10 PM nightly. It is important to us that we are good neighbors and a compliment to the community. The elevator still displays the merchandise featured on each floor. The brick walls and high ceilings are unique and add great character to the unit! This is a two bedroom and two bath unit. The location is phenomenal!
    Whether you are here for an event , convention, vacation or for business- this location is within walking distance to many venues such as The Mercury Ballroom, The Palace, The Yum Center, Slugger Field, Slugger Museum, The International Convention Center, just to name a few. Many other venue such as Churchill Downs, NuLu, Old Louisville, Butchertown, and the Highlands are a short Uber/Lyft ride away! There are many bourbon tours, and brewery tours with-in easy walking distance also. Evan Williams, Old Forester, Rabbit Hole, Peerless, Michter's Fort Nelson Distillery, and Angel's Envy just to name a few! We have a work station with key board and monitor, all you need is your laptop!
    Guest will be provided one parking pass for the Seelbach Garage, which is directly behind the building. When parking in the garage, please do not park in Reserved or Valet Parking spots. If you vehicle is too large to fit in the garage(6' 1"), there is an open lot next to the garage for $6 till midnight. Parking meters run from 7am - 6 pm
