“If you like to mountain bike, this is the place to go! Trails for everyone from the beginner to the expert. My favorite time to bike the trails is Sunday late afternoon / early evening. The trails are quiet, as most weekend users have left and are on their way back home or are done for the day.”

“The paved bike/walk/run trail goes from Brainerd to Walker and is perfect for biking, running or just talking a leisurely stroll. You can park in Nisswa or Pequot Lakes and go either south or north. We tend to go to Nisswa and get on the trail and going south is fun for biking and going north is great for walking or running mostly because of the different scenery. However another great bike ride is to ride from Pequot to Nisswa and back to Pequot. It’s all good no matter which direction you chose to go. ”

“Crosby Memorial Park is located on Serpent Lake. It has an awesome playground, a boat launch, beach, swimming, picnic area and more. Great place to take the kids with lots of room to run and play. Check out the vintage army tank on the hill and the giant Serpent!”
