We invite you to share our little piece of mountain serenity with us. My family lives in a log cabin right next to our tiny house. The tiny house is located down a set of stairs. Please be prepared to use stairs if you stay with us. The hot tub shares a deck with our house but is yours to use exclusively for the duration of your visit. Guests have a designated parking spot with a painted sign and a private courtyard with a small waterfall feature and outdoor string lights for a relaxing intimate outdoor meal and/or smoking. All smoking (420 included) is allowed outside only. In our snow season, 4 wheel drive vehicle (or other winter ready type of vehicle) is sometimes necessary. (Generally, for our location, it is only necessary during or following winter storms.) Colorado implements "Passenger Vehicle Traction & Chain Laws" during winter storms for Hwy 285, which is the highway necessary to drive on in order to get to the cabin. So it is best to plan ahead and have the required type of vehicle reserved if you plan to visit during the winter months. The laws are put in place for the safety of all drivers on the roads. Please visit the cdot site for details on the requirements by law for passenger vehicles, including rental cars. FYI: recently, the I-70 mountain roads now have an all-time traction law 9 months out of the year, even if there is not a current winter storm in effect. If you plan to drive into the mountains on I-70 at all, you are required to rent a 4wd, all wheel drive vehicle, or 2wd with snow or mud/snow tires. Kitchenette includes: mini fridge (no freezer), small toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, induction cook top with pan/lid/spatula, plates and utensils, bowls, cups/glasses, wine bottle opener, and a cutting board. We also provide cooking oils and salt/pepper. There is a sink in the kitchen as well. Dish soap and a scrub brush are also provided. We include kitchen towels but no paper towels or napkins as we try to be as eco conscious as possible. As with most mountain homes, our tiny cabin does not have forced air conditioning. However, it usually gets quite cool in the evening in the summertime so open windows and the ceiling fan do the job of keeping you cool! (Of course, I can't promise cool evenings; I can just let you know what's typical for our area.) I have a family member with severe pet allergies, so I cannot allow any pets on our property. Because the outdoor space is shared and my home is also used for cleaning linens and other items from the cabin (so, also a "shared" space), we cannot allow ANY pets on our property due to these severe family allergies. There can be no exceptions to this rule as this would be detrimental to the health and safety of my family. Thank you for understanding that there can be absolutely no exceptions to this rule.
Our place is located in a small rustic mountain neighborhood. It was a mining community back in the 1920s. We have some close neighbors, but they keep to themselves. Our neighbors are very particular about everyone driving slow on our dirt roads as they are not county maintained, so please follow the 10 mph speed limit signs. Watch for children at play, wildlife, and ATV/UTV travel on the dirt roads. Things to do nearby: Red Rocks Amphitheatre is a rock structure near Morrison, Colorado, 10 miles west of Denver, where concerts are given in the open-air amphitheatre. Did you know: Red Rocks Amphitheatre is a geological phenomenon - the only naturally-occurring, acoustically perfect amphitheatre in the world. Staunton State Park - 12102 S Elk Creek Rd, Pine, CO Staunton State Park is a mosaic of low grasslands, rocky foothills, soaring granite cliffs, and lush stream corridors. From high grassy meadows at 8,100 feet to soaring granite cliffs over 10,000 feet, the park's geology, soils, water features, and climate create a rich variety of habitats. Dramatic Elk Falls drops nearly 100 feet into North Elk Creek. Jeffco Open Space Parks and Trails Get out and enjoy the Jeffco Open Space System, which covers more than 54,000 acres, includes 29 regional parks and boasts a trail system that spans 236 miles. The cabin is located right in the heart of the village. There are a total of four small cabins nestled on the lot. The outside area is so charming and the inside of the cabin is cozy and clean. There is a shower, kitchenette with toaster, range top, coffee & tea, and small refrigerator and plates, silverware, pots/pans and glassware in a studio layout. No oven or microwave. There is a small area outside the cabin for picnicking and lounging in the sun. There is bedding for the pullout sofa, kids toys, games, extra towels, and a vacuum in the hallway closet. It is an old doorknob so give it a solid twist to open. There is a Pack n Play in the blue room closet. These are old cabins built in 1937. While all the amenities are updated and they're very safe and very clean they are also very rustic (wood walls, small showers,etc.) but the heaters are warm the linens are new and the water is hot! They have tons of charm and we hope you love them as much as we do! If you're looking for a rustic, charming, unique experience then this is your place. Otherwise, the nearest Ramada Inn is 112 miles away. ;)
Grand Lake is Colorado's largest natural lake and the town has great appeal being 2.5 mi from the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. You can walk to many restaurants and shops all from one block away. We are right across the street from the village park/playground. There are covered picnic areas and many of the town events are held here. Grand Lake hosts tons of great events and tons of outdoor recreation! Snowmobiling is popular in the winter with many nearby trails.

Deer Creek Cabin is located in Bailey, Colorado, 45 minutes SW of Denver off I-285 South in the area of Elk Creek Highlands in Deer Creek Valley. It is a great secluded log cabin mountain getaway! Deer Creek Cabin has two bedrooms the master with a queen bed, the second with a full bed, a twin sleeper sofa, one bath, full kitchen, dining room table and chairs for 4, wood burning stove/fireplace, deck on three sides, a hot tub on the deck, a gas grill, pet friendly (at no charge) high speed wireless Internet, DirecTV, a Bose sound system, carpet through out and great views of three Rocky Mountain peaks. We are a short drive in to Denver, when we wish to go out to a movie or dinner with friends or family while at the cabin. There are also great places to eat in Bailey, Conifer and Aspen Park, just 20 -30 minutes from the cabin. We are 1.5 hours from Breckenridge Ski Resort and 2 hours from Winter Park Ski Resort. We are 1.5 hours from Denver International Airport and 2 hours from Colorado Springs Airport. We do not provide firewood. The cabin is always cleaned before you get there. 1 person is $140 per night. Each extra person is $35 per night.
This is a nice secluded neighborhood log cabin sitting up on a mountain in forested area. There are 2 really nice easy hiking trails, Tanglewood and Meridian Trails, within minutes of the cabin on National Forests. There is also a community stocked catch and release fishing pond within 5 minutes of the cabin.

    The cabin on Hall Rd is in Harris Park Estates in the rural outskirt of Bailey, Colorado. We are 45 mins south of Denver off of Highway 285. There are 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in 1 room & 2 single beds in the other room. The bathroom has a shower/tub. And the kitchen is fully equipped.
    This quaint cabin has a deck that overlooks Mount Evans and Mt. Rosalie. There is patio furniture and a propane grill. For the more adventurous there are spectacular hiking trails, such as Tanglewood. Additionally, there is a gorgeous lake within a ten minute walk. Main street Bailey is a 20 minute drive south on 285, where you will find eateries like Rustic Station offering local cuisine. Breckinridge Ski Resort is 1.5 hours and Winter Park Ski a Resort is 2 hours away. There is also rafting in the towns south of Bailey. You won't be disappointed in the tranquility of nature at the cabin on Hall Road! Enjoy!
    I love the sunrise over the pine trees. I love the spectacular flight of hummingbirds. I love the living room's huge picture window facing west with snow capped mountains and blue sky. I love the smell of abundant pine trees!

One majestic bedroom upstairs w queen bed, where you will sleep in the tree tops. And a second bedroom/ living room combo w two twin beds downstairs. Five miles off the highway on our private, plowed dirt road, twenty minutes from Leadville. Your dog is very welcome, with tip. Price does not include driveway plowing.
    900 sq. ft. modern, all electric cabin. In floor radiant heat. Delicious tap water. Queen bed in master bedroom and two twin daybeds in downstairs bedroom that doubles as the living room, one of them x-long. Sunny deck. In the heart of one of Colorado's nicest aspen forests.
    Beaver Lakes is a wonderful mix of forests and big views. There is a peek of Mt Elbert from the living room. Run, cross country ski, hike, snowmobile, right out the door. Tree line, 13,000 ft. peaks and alpine lakes are not far away. Mule deer and turkeys and the fox are frequent visitors. Ski Cooper is 30 minutes away. Copper Mtn. is 45 minutes away. Monarch Mtn., Breckenridge, Keystone and Vail are appx. 1 hour fifteen minutes away.

Just 20 minutes from Cripple Creek, 20 minutes from the South Platte river in Eleven Mile Canyon, 10 minutes from Florissant Fossil Beds. Two hours from Denver. One hour from Colo Spgs.
    I think the pictures pretty much tell the story. Fawn Cabin is a very beautiful and inviting place where you can relax and unwind in the Colorado Rockies, while still being close enough to all the Pikes Peak area attractions to keep you as busy and entertained as you wish to be. Cripple Creek is only minutes away. Many great hiking trails and trout fishing waters nearby too choose from.
    The cabin is situated in Deer Mountain Ranch, a mountain community of homes and cabins on 5 + acre lots. Fawn Cabin has no neighbors on the adjoining lots, and the nearest neighbor is across the road approximately 300-400 yards. The location is very private and peaceful!

    Come enjoy my recently renovated lower level of my home. Located in the quaint, beautiful community of Kittredge, just five minutes from historic Evergreen and just twenty minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheater. Enjoy miles of hiking/biking trails, wildlife, restaurants and shopping.
    This one bedroom one bathroom space is in the lower level of my townhouse with a separate entrance. There is a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cable television, and wifi access. Small extra living space with a kitchen table and small pull out sofa. We provide bottled water, Starbucks coffee and tea. Bathroom is stocked with all essentials shampoo, conditioner, soap etc.
    My townhouse overlooks the town of Kittredge and is just a few blocks from Kittredge Park and Bear Creek.

    Soothe your soul in a hot tub above downtown while staring into Rocky Mountain National Park after a long day of hiking (STR#3126)! You'll love my historic cabin, built in the late 1800s but modernized for your comfort. Its cozy 540 square feet provide great views, a full kitchen & bathroom, fireplace, inviting and warm bedroom, and a deck overlooking Lumpy Ridge. + Walk to downtown and the Stanley Hotel + 8 minute drive to the park A perfect base for up to 4 people for a mountain getaway!
    NOTE: You must input dates and guest count before the platform calculates an accurate price for your visit. My cabin rests on a hillside above downtown in a small neighborhood of other historic cabins. This was one of the original neighborhoods when people first settled in the Estes Valley. The place predates most other buildings in the area, but it's been lovingly cared for and is in great shape. I love being able to walk to town from here, but still come home afterward and sit in the hot tub. Afterwards, I enjoy lounging on the sofa and just relaxing in front of the fireplace. There are other cabins close by, so if you are looking for total seclusion this isn't your best bet -- but there aren't many vacation rentals out there offering the great combination of views, a hot tub, fireplace, deck, full kitchen, and the ability to walk to town. ⛰️ BEDROOMS ⛰️ My home offers 1 bedroom, plus sleeping for two more on two Ikea ottomans that convert to single beds. Bedroom 1 - A comfortable mattress will ensure a good night sleep after a long day of hiking. It's a cozy space with wood paneled walls throughout, and north facing windows so you can watch the sun light up Lumpy Ridge as you wake up. ⛰️ LIVING & ENTERTAINMENT ⛰️ Living Room - There's a spacious dining room table and a comfy couch to lounge in while you stream your favorite Netflix series on the speedy WiFi. Feel free to fire up the fireplace -- it's electric but offers a great ambiance as the flames flicker on the cozy wood walls. Deck & Hot Tub - We have a small deck with a grill off the front door overlooking Lumpy Ridge, a perfect spot for BBQ.. Our hot tub fits two comfortably but you could squeeze more in if necessary. You may not actually use it that much because you can walk to all the great restaurants in downtown! Laundry - We do offer a full size washer and dryer for you to use!
    My cabin is located in a neighborhood of other historic cabins on a hillside just above downtown Estes Park. You can literally walk everywhere in town -- to the Stanley Hotel, Ed's Cantina, local coffee shops and restaurants, etc. Because it's on a hill, you have a great view of Lumpy Ridge to the north from the deck and hot tub.

  • Þessi litli farþegarými var nákvæmlega það sem við þurftum fyrir nóttina af slökun og bata! Rýmið er bara yndislegt, alvöru skála tilfinning. Staðsetningin er höfðingleg í miðbænum en mjög róleg og einkarekin jafnvel þó að það séu fullt af öðrum heimilum í kring. Heitapotturinn er bara kökukrem á kökunni! Frá því að sitja undir stjörnunum á glæsilegri nótt til að horfa á sólarupprásina rétt úr heitum pottinum, var það fullkomið. Myndi örugglega vera aftur! Nancy er yndislegur gestgjafi og var mjög hjálpsamur með leiðbeiningar og ráðleggingar á staðnum.

  • Maðurinn minn og ég vorum svo heppnir að vera fyrstir til að gista í skála Nancy. Við erum að ljúka stuttri skoðunarferð um Rocky Mountain þjóðgarðinn og ég var mjög seinn að eignast dvöl vegna þess að ég hafði verið án þjónustu mestan daginn og var ekki viss um áætlanir okkar. Nancy var fljótur að svara & hitti okkur í húsinu um kvöldið. Við höfum dvalið á yfir 20 Airbnbs heima og erlendis, og þetta væri einn af toppunum! Skálinn var hreinn. Það var fullkomin stærð fyrir okkur, en hefði getað hýst 2 í viðbót. Drottningin var mjög þægileg með notaleg rúmföt, teppi og huggara. Önnur notaleg teppi voru smekklega sett í svefnherbergið og stofuna. Handklæði voru góð gæði og mikil, og aukahlutir veittir fyrir heita pottinn. Ég þvoði lítið þvott og þvottavél og þurrkari virtist ný. Heitapotturinn á þilfari virtist einnig nýr og var yndislegur hörfa undir stjörnum eftir dag í göngu í garðinum. Skálinn var fallega skreyttur með mörgum hugkvæmum snertingum. Innritun og útritun var óaðfinnanleg með læsikóða. Nancy hafði mælt með veitingastað á staðnum í kvöldmat, Ed's Cantina, og maturinn var dásamlegur! Ég hef heiðarlega núll neikvæðar athugasemdir. Ég myndi örugglega vera hér aftur !! There is an abundance of outdoor activities nearby that make perfect for day trips in the mountains. Upon booking, a personalized website detailing all the things to do and see will be provided. The home is a 1970's A-Frame, inspired by Scandinavia. It has a modern and clean design with a cottage vibe. Living Essentials: The home is 1400 square feet with an open floor plan. There is a full kitchen with granite counters, high-quality cookware, and all dining essentials. Basics such as, cooking oil, salt and pepper, a few spices, condiments, etc. are provided. A fair-trade and organic hot drink bar with Chemex coffee, tea, and hot chocolate is also yours to indulge in. The home is stocked with good reads, lots of board games, an iPad for movies, music, and information, a Bluetooth speaker loud enough to fill the home, a gas fireplace for ambiance, and a drawer of candles, incense, and oils to help create your own hygge vibes. All high-quality linens, towels, robes, and slippers are freshly-washed. Bed & Bath: Both the loft and bedroom have super comfortable memory foam queen beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower (no tub) and many toiletries and extras you might need. Sauna: The barrel steam sauna truly sets this place apart from all the rest. It's easy to use and allows you to sauna bathe in the traditional Finnish way by pouring water onto heated rocks to create steam. Most nights in the Rockies are clear enough to see the Milky Way and star-gazing is exceptional here, especially when taking a cool-down break from the sauna. Outdoor Living: The 3.5 acres of land is mostly wooded and backs up to National Forest. There are 2 decks and a porch area with stunning views, cafe lights, a picnic table, a gas grill for cooking out (seasonal), and plenty of hammocks (also seasonal) and Adirondack chairs to keep you content. Behind the home is a street art-inspired mural with an Aspen and Mandala scene created by a local Denver artist. Please Note: While the home is very private and at the top of the hill, it is in a neighborhood and has proximity with the main road. Depending on the weather and traffic (especially holiday weekends), the sounds from the road vary. If you're expecting absolute silence and seclusion, this might not be the place for you. In winter, this proximity to highway is appreciated by guests because of the snow. Like most mountain homes in the area, there are a few neighbors nearby. This lowers the environmental impact of development, but also means you'll see a few other homes on your way up. While the home sits at the top of a hill and is surrounded by trees, private does not mean secluded. The closest neighbors are Nicki and Damon. They are very friendly and hospitable. Nicki is the cleaner/assistant for the chalet and Damon does general maintenance along with snow plowing... so feel free to wave or say "Hi!" if you see them! They're great to have nearby if an urgent need should arise.
    Upon booking, you will be provided with a website I've created that is filled with day-trip itineraries, lots of information on places to visit, things to do and see, places to hike/snowshoe, and places to eat and drink. It also includes an interactive map with categories and distances from the chalet to help you plan your trip! I am passionate about Colorado and dedicated to making your visit one for the books! The chalet is located just off of 285, which is a plowed, well-maintained highway to get you safely and easily exploring. The home is right next to Guanella Pass, which provides an incredible mountain drive of spectacular views, other-worldy landscapes at 12,000 feet, big horn sheep, winding streams, waterfalls, and lots of hiking. The pass takes you to the cutest mountain town, Georgetown and other neat places along the i-70 corridor. This is also one of the most sought-after locations for aspen leaf peeping in fall. The pass is closed in winter (late-Nov to late-May) but there is still plenty to do in winter and Georgetown/i-70 is accessible through Evergreen all year. Going over Kenosha Pass takes you to South Park (yes, the town from the TV show), Buena Vista, Salida, etc. which is an area loaded with things to do and see all year round, including 2 exceptional hot springs! The cabin is close to stunning hikes of various difficulties, world-class fishing, adventure activities (zip-line, whitewater, etc.), cultural and historical activities (ghost towns, mining for gold, dinosaur fossils, etc.), surreal leaf peeping in the fall, horseback riding, ATV, train rides, sleigh rides, snowshoeing/snowmobiling in winter, cute mountain towns to explore, and so many fantastic local breweries, distilleries, and restaurants. The are a couple cafes nearby where you can experience true mountain friendliness. The closest and the best (just down the hill) is the Shaggy Sheep. Make sure to stop in and say "Hi!" to Sarah and Chris. Red Rocks Amphitheater is just 40 minutes away. This is considered one of the best places in the world to see a concert and doing so should be on anyone's bucket list. Check the website for the schedule. Even if you can't make a show, the park is on the way to/from Denver and well-worth a visit. The closest ski resort is Breckenridge at just an hour's drive (and a beautiful one) and is a perfect day trip to ski/snowboard or just hang around in a beautiful ski town (there is a lot to do and see here no matter the time of year). Vail is 2 hours away and there are a handful of others just 1.5 hours away. There are plenty of mountain activities to fill your days with during ALL of Colorado's incredible 4 seasons! Each season provides a different experience, but no matter what time of year you comes, no matter which direction you go, and no matter what you decide to do, the drives will be beautiful and there will plenty to keep you occupied and content.

The set-up suits travelers that prefer eating out, or making simple meals while spending most of their time exploring. Other amenities include: A blow dryer, Iron & small ironing board, shampoo, condition, body wash, and make-up removing wipes. Netflix, Hulu (with the HBO channel), and Amazon Prime are ready to go on the smart TV. If you'd like to rent a movie on Amazon, send me a text/message and I can turn the movie on for you for the stated rental price. Being an efficient space, the single sink is located in the main studio room, and NOT the bathroom. There is a comfortable memory foam queen size bed, and the couch/lounger is a twin. Bedding to make the couch to a bed is located in the basket next to the TV. Well lit, off road parking is located in the alley, right next to the guest house.     The Rocky Mountain Treehouse is attached to 4 100ft spruce trees and rest 25 feet off the ground with winding rock staircase leading to the front door. Step inside and see a truly hand built cabin in the sky. Including wood burning stove, fully size kitchen with granite and copper backslash. Enter the bathroom with a rock shower. Then head upstairs to the sleeping loft with 2 large skylights and another private balcony.
    The great thing about the Treehouse is when you are there it feels very secluded and private but you are still so close to everything the Rocky Mountains have to offer. 15 min from Glenwood Springs, shopping, restaurant, adventure park, and the largest Hotsprings in the world.

Open the windows for great cross ventilation, keep cool in summer with the super quiet mini-split air conditioner, and get toasty on a snowy night with the heated tile floor. It the perfect size for a couple or small family and includes: - King bed - Full size pull-out couch (it's pretty uncomfortable to be honest) - Eating bar - Full-size stainless-steel kitchen - Slate bathroom with shower - Wood-burning fireplace - Small balcony (sadly, no big mountain views, unit faces another building) - Wood and slate floors -Apple TV, wireless internet, cable TV BUILDING: Der Steiermark is a small, older building. It has no front desk and, frankly, the common areas lack style. Although it isn't a big fancy hotel, there are decent amenities: - Outdoor hot tub (at the base of an outdoor courtyard) - Heated, locked underground parking (one space only) - Elevator access - Best Mexican Restaurant/Bar in town: Mi Casa - A full-service ski/board/bike shop - Free wood for fireplace - Coin-operated laundry down the hall.
    The condo is located a short walk to the Quicksilver Ski Lift at Peak 9, summer hiking trails, and Breckenridge's shopping and dining on Main Street. It is in the Der Steiermark building, above a great Mexican restaurant and ski shop.

    We proudly and directly manage a 5 star cleaning team that has been thoroughly coached in disinfection and sanitation. All touch points, surfaces, kitchenware and linens, including upholstery, are being disinfected and sanitized on a routine basis. Our guests' health and safety are our top priority. For Your Comfort We provide WiFi, clean linens, a hair dryer and a steam refresh option on the dryer (in place of an iron.) You also have a washer/dryer and detergent, etc on top of the washer/dryer if you need to do laundry. We also provide a few breakfast items (coffee, tea, creamer.) When you arrive, you will find a detailed guide book with information about the in law apartment and the neighborhood, from restaurants to a 24-hour pharmacy. The Bedroom This room has a queen sized bed with foam mattress & closet with shelving space to store your clothes. There is a fireplace in the bedroom as well as a flatscreen tv with Hulu & Netflix available. Bathroom Modern, updated bathroom with spacious shower. Fresh white bath towels provided. Sitting Room There is a sitting room inside your private apartment with books and comfy chairs. Kitchenette This little kitchenette has everything you need. It has a mini refrigerator, stove top, coffee maker and microwave. You'll find all the necessities: Pots and pans, silverware, kettle, dishes, etc. Coffee, tea and creamer is available for all guests. Laundry Room - Shared An upgraded washer and dryer are available. The dryer has a steam refresh option, perfect for travelers. The laundry room is in a common area between the back entrance and your private apartment. I may come down into this common area and use the laundry facilities on occasion. Gym - Shared The gym is located off of the shared laundry room. The gym includes a treadmill, elliptical, medicine ball and weights. There is also a flat screen TV available for use with Netflix and Hulu. Back Patio There is also a back patio with a fire pit available for use. The patio is furnished. We often have firewood available for your use. Please text you would like to use the fire pit, as we do not permit on high risk days. Hot tub The hot tub is available on the back patio near the fire pit and the entrance to your apartment. The hot tub has privacy curtains that hang on a pergola around it for your comfort. We also provide beach towels and a bluetooth speaker so that you may enjoy music while you soak. The hot tub uses minerals in place of chlorine for sanitation just like the hot springs in the mountains. Parking There is room for 1 car to park in the driveway. Additional cars must park on the street. (There is plenty of street parking.) Upon walking in from the back patio, you will walk into a shared entryway (that I rarely use as I use another entrance.) Taking the stairs down, you will enter a beautifully finished basement. You will see a door with a keypad which is the entrance to your private apartment. This is a gorgeous, modern studio apartment in my home's walkout basement, with amazing views of the Rocky Mountains. As you can see in the photos, there is a front living area and a rear bedroom area, but no door separating them. I am a photographer by profession and have decorated the walls with my favorite images of the area. I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed making them! Rest is so important after a day hiking around Rocky Mountain National Park! Sleep soundly on a Serta queen mattress and a super comfortable 3-inch memory foam topper. The bed is the third most loved aspect of my unit, aside from the view and hot tub. The front living area has a futon sofa that can be converted to a full size bed, so the unit can accommodate 3 or 4 people. There is an extra per person fee for more than 2 people. There is little better in life than sitting in this cozy space (or on the deck!) after a great day in Rocky Mountain National Park, and watching deer and elk graze nearby. If you're lucky you'll spot the neighborhood bobcat, badger, or raccoon family. This rental is situated a fantastic rural neighborhood on the slopes of Prospect Mountain. The house has unobstructed views because of its elevation. Due to the topography, the house is very isolated and private -- you can't see neighbors and they can't see you. Recurring comments from guests include the great views, the privacy, the deck, the hot tub, the uncluttered and open space, and the fact that you can watch the sun rise over the mountains from bed if you're so inclined. You'll be well equipped to do your own cooking while you visit: the kitchenette features a fridge and freezer, a two burner cooktop, toaster, stainless steel pots/pans, dishes and cutlery, water boiler, and more. Please see the photos for more details. There is no oven. The deck is perfect for lounging and enjoying the view and relaxing. It features two big chaise lounges. The deck's railing has a thick piece of wood on top, and guests often use that as a table top and sit on bar stools and watch the sunset and eat dinner. This unit does not feature a television, but there is speedy WiFi if you want to stream Netflix to your computer or tablet. If you want to fish, Marys Lake is 1/4 mile away. There's even a beach for sunbathing. If you like rock climbing, there are boulders from V0 to V10, trad routes from 5.5 to 5.12, and sport routes from 5.7 to 5.13 on Prospect Mountain, all of which are 15-20 minutes by foot from the front door. There's also a great hiking trail that goes to the top of Prospect Mountain (the trailhead is 5 minutes by foot from the house), and once there you'll have one of the best views of Estes Park around, with a full panorama of the Continental Divide and Estes Valley. The entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is about 7 minutes via car. As you can see in the photos, you do need to walk down several flights of steps to get to the unit. Be prepared for this! Overall, this studio is a great base for outdoor lovers who want peace and quiet and want to experience all the wonders of Estes Park and the Rocky Mountains.
    This is a wonderful neighborhood in one of the more rural parts of Estes Park. We are only a few miles from downtown, but things are quiet here! The home is nestled in a huge ravine on the slope of Prospect Mountain, so you can't see the neighbors homes. It feels pretty secluded. You can actually hike out the front door and in about 45 minutes be at the top of Prospect Mountain, which has one of the most incredible views in all of Estes Park! You can see the entire national park and the continental divide in a giant panorama. The home is also about a quarter of a mile from Marys Lake, where you can fish. I love this area and am grateful to live here. DO NOT LEAVE FOOD IN YOUR CAR. Local bears have been known to get a little curious.

Less than 5 miles from either Union Station in the center of Denver or the Denver Federal Center in Lakewood, CO. Easily connect to I-70 for access to the mountains for skiing/hiking or just sightseeing. Feet away from running/bike trail that leads into Denver or minutes from Sloan’s Lake for running/biking/boating.
    Bungalow B offers a private fenced in and landscaped outdoor area with seating. The interior offers: an open space with a well equipped kitchen, living room area; loft bedroom with a queen size bed is accessed by a small staircase; laundry is a combo washer/dryer. There is one bath with a shower (no tub). The living room sofa converts into a full size bed. Roku TV with Direct TV Now or stream from your phone or other media accounts. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. And everything is cleaned and laundered between guests. Parking is off-street in private driveway. Bungalow B is accessed via a rear alley that also opens onto Martinez Park and a running/bike trail that will lead you to downtown Denver. Bungalow B is one of two homes located on the same property that are totally separated from one another and each having its’ own fenced in outdoor and parking areas.     An enjoyable home for your next visit to Denver. Enjoy mountain views, watch a movie on the home theater, or kick back in a secluded hot tub surrounded by pine trees. Located near Regis University, Tennyson Shopping District, Olde Towne Arvada, and Inspiration Point Park. Easy access to I-70 means just 25 minutes to the airport and 10 minutes to downtown Denver. We have an energetic 1.5 year old, you may hear some noises during the day, but night-time disturbances are few.
    The BNB is on the lower level of our home. It's private, with its own entry through a key-coded door. The space features a large, open kitchen - dining - living room, a bathroom, and a large bedroom with a king size bed. The living room has a large couch and a queen size luxury air bed. The BnB is about 1000 square feet in all. Guests have access to the yard, patios, hot tub, and shade garden. Smoking is not allowed inside, but is always allowed outside.
    Situated around Inspiration Point, the highest point in the city of Denver, the neighborhood offers something for everyone. Walking around the park is a great way to take in the views of the Rocky Mountians. Clear Creek bike path is just to the North, and connects to many major bike routes. Lakeside Amusement Park is open in the Summer providing exciting and inexpensive fun for kids and adults. Dining on Tennyson is wonderful, with great cuisine for any budget.

    You'll love our cozy 1940's era bungalow in Southeast Denver. Your space is an entire floor with a private entrance, one bedroom, a relaxing separate living room, and luxurious bathroom. We have easy access to public transportation, bike trails, and cute local restaurants and shops. We can't wait to share our favorite city with you!
    Your space is the entire basement floor of our home, and is separate from our living area upstairs. Since this is our primary residence, you'll probably be able to hear us moving about upstairs, but we do our best not to be overly noisy. You'll have your own bedroom with a very comfy queen bed, living room, and bathroom for your stay; and while there isn't a full kitchen, we have provided a coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, and hot plate. There is also a fan and space heater for you to use. The space has a Roku tv that you can use to sign in to a variety of streaming services if you subscribe to them (Netflix, Hulu, etc). There are also several channel apps that you can access using your cable or satellite subscription. We do not provide cable or our personal logins for any of the services. We are pot friendly, but would ask that you smoke outdoors.
    Our neighborhood is relatively quiet, but very close to some cute stretches of shops and restaurants. We are within a few miles of Old South Gaylord Street, Old South Pearl Street, and the lovely Washington Park. There is always plenty of street parking on our street, we only ask that you make sure not to block any of our neighbors' driveways. Since we live in a city, you also should pay attention to the street sweeping signs. The first week of the month during the months of April through November, the city does street sweeping in our neighborhood. If your stay coincides with one of these weeks, you could receive a ticket for parking on a street that has street sweeping on that day. Our street has street sweeping on the first Wednesday (on our side of the street) and first Tuesday (on the opposite side of the street) of the month. Please note that there will be some construction happening next door starting in October/November 2017 and continuing through the following year. They will only be doing work in the daytime, and we do not expect noise to be much of an issue since the space is garden level. You may find that you may not be able to park directly in front of the house, but there should still be ample parking on our block.

    Located on 30 acres of private land surrounded by national forest in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, this tiny home is perfectly situated within 30 minutes of the luxury ski resort Vail, CO, and the historic mining town Leadville, CO. This is the best location to see all of what Colorado has to offer. Since this is a new listing, you can verify reviews for this location and host by looking at the other "Snow Cross" airbnb listings near the town of Red Cliff.
    This modern tiny home has two lofts, one with a king bed and another with a full bed. The king bed is accessed by a normal rise and run staircase, the full bed is accessed by a wooden ladder. On the main level, there is a kitchen with a smaller sized oven and 3 burner stove top, tall apartment sized fridge/freezer, living room with a fold down couch/futon that can be closed off into it's own room, and quaint dining table with incredible views over the surrounding area. The views from this specific home through the many windows are truly incredible.
    This is the only parcel of land in this area surrounded by national forest land. There are 2 other airbnb rentals on the parcel, but the way this home sits up high you will have a very private, secluded, environment for your getaway. There is about a 150 yard walk up a hill and you must park at the bottom of this hill (check out the photos for a picture of this), so do keep that in mind when booking. Technically there is a road right up the tiny home, that's how we got it up there, but it is tight and narrow so I don't feel comfortable allowing cars up this narrow road.

The property is a continual work in progress converting a former animal ranch to a sustainable vacation rental. Therefore, you may see ongoing projects (paused for your stay) on the property, such as the building of a new bathhouse and sauna, or other home renovations. Simply note that the pictures you see in our listing are the most updated photos of our progress. As the A-Frame is powered by 100% renewable energy via solar panels and a wind turbine, all electricity is available per the power generated by the sun on any given day and/or as the wind decides to blow. While we have a relatively large solar array & battery system, the amount of electricity can range from essentially unlimited during high sun periods, to a small trickle or even none on very cloudy or stormy days. We obtain running water from our well, which is also powered by solar, as is our water heater. We have a secondary vintage hand pump well (good for workouts and relating to your grandparents) :) for any instance in which water is required and none is available in the house. You can view your stay here as a traditional cabin that has the added luxuries of modern living when the Sun decides it to be the case. ;) Please be sure to be prepared for adverse weather and limited/no power as a worst case scenario. Your stay will be an experience in living in accordance with nature and this can be a challenge to some, especially if there is an expectation of unlimited power and on-grid climate control settings. Also, please note that power availability into the night via battery power is much more limited during the Winter when the sun sets ~4:20 vs as late as ~9pm in the Summer, ie shorter days mean there is less time for the sun to charge the batteries. The kitchen is next to be remodeled and currently contains an ultra high-efficiency Blomberg frig with freezer, a small energy efficient Wolfgang Puck countertop oven, two burner electric stovetop (primarily for use during sunlight hours), Mr. Coffee espresso machine, french press, Berkey water filter, and kitchen sink. We also have an all-in-one LG washer/dryer for clothes cleaning. Outside, we have a Weber charcoal grill for use except for periods of county wide burn bans. And for backup purposes, we have a two-burner propane camping stove when electricity is not available for cooking. The living room has a wood burning stove, which is the primary heat source for the cabin and will be invaluable on cold days and nights (so will extra warm clothes and blankets). You can also do simple cooking/warming up of food with our iron skillets on top of the wood stove itself. We will provide you with wood during your stay to help keep you cozy. We also have a Gas Buddy indoor portable propane heater that uses 1lb propane tanks. There is also a full size convertible sleeper sofa with soft linens and two extra pillows, and a 46" energy efficient LED LCD tv with standard and mini-hdmi cables for connecting devices. You can also stream directly from your device using our Chromecast device. You can also listen to our vast collection of vinyl on our record player. While we do have wireless DSL internet, it is very slow (1.5mb/s) and can be unpredictable in its uptime. We usually can watch lower quality YouTube and Netflix videos and listen to streaming audio with no problem. Also, there is no reliable cell service at the A-Frame; however, you can obtain cell service with most providers in the town of Westcliffe (~25min drive), including free public wifi on Main St. The bedroom is accessed by a narrow staircase, originally from a boat's cabin. The loft bedroom has a queen sized Tuft & Needle memory foam mattress for relaxing into a quiet night's sleep.
    Our closest neighbor is about 300 yards away and has been the best thing that has happened to us since moving out to the mountains. He, like many other people out here have yards full of equipments, storage, back-hoes, etc... We live in a relatively rugged area where you have to connect and rely on each other as a small community. For instance, we work with our neighbor to have 100% free-range, organic, ranch eggs, which we will provide you with during your stay, depending on availability from the hens. For hiking/walking, you can walk the local dirt roads, which seem more like wide trails since cars are so infrequent. You can also hike ~1hr to the top of the mountain right across the street from us, via a neighbor's vacant property, and see one of the most majestic 360 degree mountain views in Colorado, including a number of the highest peaks in the state. Additionally, there are large number public hiking trails, most of which are on National Forrest land, within a 20-45min drive.

    Rustic, well-appointed, off-grid cabin right on Tarryall Creek, with more than 5 acres of solitude and 360-degree mountain views. This is our dream place to escape, unwind, and listen to the creek from the bedroom. It's remote and quiet, but accessible year-round: 1 hour 15 mins from Denver and 50-mins from Breckenridge. Newly renovated with large kitchen (and antique 1920s stove), barnwood accents, huge 450sf deck, and historic decor from Como's goldrush. Dogs welcome, too.
    Our cabin sits on five acres at 10,600 feet elevation. We're close to Denver, Breckenridge, and Fairplay... but surrounded by national forest. Our cabin is just under 1,000sf, but it feels nice and roomy with a large living area and great kitchen. The bedroom is cozy, with a fantastic view of Mt. Little Baldy out the window and the sound of Tarryall Creek when the weather's warm enough to crack the window. We're off-grid up here. Solar powers the cabin, so you have to watch your energy consumption, especially in winter. But propane heats the water and shower, and provides back-up heat to the cabin itself. (We much prefer the woodstove, which glows hypnotically when lit and provides a nice even heat throughout the cabin). Cell phone service is hard to come by. We have a signal booster, but it's not 100% reliable and we don't mind: we love the feeling of being cut off from the craziness of our daily lives. So far, all of our guests have loved it here. We had four couples get engaged, two other couples enjoyed their honeymoon at our cabin, and many others have just come up for fun and relaxation.
    It's quiet around here, all right. You will see the occasional person coming to hike the Gold Dust trail (just down the road) or a neighbor going for a walk, but it's not unusual to have the day fully to yourself -- especially fall, winter, and spring, when it is magically peaceful.

    Clean and fully remodeled private space designed specifically for Air bnb with many amenities. Kitchenette includes full fridge, hot plate, microwave, coffee/tea bar, and all the tools required to make a nice meal. The brand new, huge, bathroom includes plenty of storage and a large walk in shower. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion is provided. The comfortable queen bed has fresh linens and is backed with locally harvested Colorado beetle kill wood. The sofa folds out into another sleeping space for additional guests. Separate A/C, it’s own heater, and electric fireplace allows you to regulate the temperature of the space, and the 42” TV includes Netflix and an antennae for local channels. An Amazon Echo dot is also provided in the room. There is a private patio, which is 420 friendly (please no cigarette smoking on the property) and access to your own gas bbq. The shared outdoor space includes a ping pong table (seasonal) and a luxurious hot tub and deck space. This suite is located on the main level, in the back corner of the house. It is attached to the main home, but is completely private inside, with a private patio and private entrance. Please note, we take extra precautions in terms of cleanliness of the suite- this includes washing linens in hot water, disinfecting the suite with bleach and cleaners proven to kill bacteria and viruses, and using virus-killing sprays on the couch and other areas that cannot be washed easily. We want our guests to know that your health and our health is of utmost importance to us.
    Quiet neighborhood with easy access to many Denver area attractions. The light rail station is 2.5 miles away and a primary bus route (#6) is two blocks away. The city of Aurora participates in a bike sharing program as well (Limebike, Spin, Ofo) with many bikes available in the area. With Uber and Lyft, downtown Denver and the Airport (DIA) are only a 20 minute drive away.

    Just north of Sunnyside and the Highlands (LoHi), Chaffee Park is an up and coming and highly desirable location. Residents and guests love that it’s cute, quiet, and conveniently located to Denver’s hot spots; given it’s access to I-70, adventuring throughout Denver, to the mountains, and anywhere else in the front range is also a breeze. You'll find countless restaurants and shops 1/2-4 miles from the place (most people prefer driving), and many of our favorites are in LoHi, which is a direct drive down Zuni Street, a mile away. Zuni Park, less than two blocks away, also offers one of the only unobstructed views of the city, and it has a fantastic playground for kids. The neighborhood itself is safe, and you’ll often see young people out walking their dogs and with babies/children. Remember that we are in the city, so we recommend locking car doors at night. The Hip Bungalow is also about a 25 minute drive from the airport with normal-light traffic. Lastly, while average properties in Chaffee Park sell for $400k-$650k, not all are as maintained as the Hip Bungalow; if this impedes five star expectations, we recommend booking elsewhere.

My home is perfectly situated only a few hundred yards from the boundary of Rocky Mountain National Park. You can watch the sun rise over the mountains from bed, eat breakfast while elk and deer mill about, hike into RMNP from the front door, and come home and watch the stars over the high peaks from the deck. BEDROOMS My home offers 3 bedrooms, each with an attached private bathroom, plus sleeping for two more on sofa beds in the living room. Bedroom 1 - The smaller main floor bedroom has the softer mattress of all three beds in the house, plus an attached 3/4 bathroom with toilet, sink and shower (no tub). I hand made a headboard out of reclaimed pine and added a floor to ceiling armoir for storage that has a cool cork door. My favorite part of this bedroom is that it opens directly onto the gorgeous porch. Bedroom 2 - This is one of the two master bedrooms. It’s the eastern one at the top of the stairs and is the largest. It offers a chest of drawers, a medium firm bed, full blackout shades for a great night sleep, twinkly lights above the bed for ambiance, and a reading nook with a super comfy chair that gets all day sun. If you like to get in touch with nature’s daily rhythms, sleep here with the shades open and watch the sun rise as it lights up the nearby mountains. You can see the whole show from the warmth of your bed. Bedroom 3 - The second master bedroom at the top of the stairs on the west side of the home. It has the firmest bed (my favorite), but is otherwise a near mirror image of the other master bedroom. It’s got full blackout shades, unique pendant lighting, and a full bathroom. If you’re into sleeping in, this may be your favorite. Pull down the blinds and you’ll be in a cocoon until noon. Bedroom 4 - Not really a bedroom, but the living room has two ottomans with pull out beds. If you push them together, you get a queen for the largest groups. Spare linens for it are in the dining room hutch. LIVING & ENTERTAINMENT Deck - This is the hallmark of my home, and it's my favorite place to spend time. There’s a ton of seating out there, so you can relax, read, watch wildlife roaming around, stare at the mountains and stars, and just chill out and enjoy the peace and quiet. I moved all the home’s old sofas onto the deck so you can laze about. I promise that when the Milky Way rises, you’ll see more stars than most people ever have in their lives. The deck has two outdoor dining tables for breakfasts, lunches and dinners, and they are great card, game and puzzle tables. You'll often feel like you're in a zoo; because the national park boundary is literally two properties away, herds of deer and elk are constantly roaming around. Living Room - If it’s cold or windy, come on into the spacious and cozy living room, which has a huge window offering the same views as you’d get from the deck. I installed a 55” smart television on a floating stand I made of reclaimed wood, so you can stream pretty much anything you’d like with your friends and family. There’s a small library with books you can read or take with you (if you take one, please leave one behind), as well as dozens of puzzles and games for when you want to detach from technology. Two doors open from the living room onto the massive deck. Dining Room - The dining room will become one of the central gathering points for your friends and family. It features a brand new birch table, seating for 8 on benches and stools, log cabin wood trim on the walls, and an antique wood burning fireplace for chilly winter nights. All combined, the mix of pine, acacia and birch wood gives you a very natural feel, and the cozy wood fireplace completes the scene. A massive door swings open onto the deck from here too. WiFi - I moved the home’s WiFi location to provide a centralized access point with no dead zones on the property. You’ll enjoy a strong 100Mbs connection for streaming, entertainment and work. REC PAVILLION - One of the most fun parts of the house is a giant recreation pavillion with a great view, open walls, Christmas lights dangling from the ceiling, and a ping pong table! This is the greatest post hike activity, aside from simply relaxing on the porch. LAUNDRY & COOKING Kitchen - The kitchen is a chef's dream! It features two ovens, a full sized fridge/freezer, a microwave, dishwasher, a large island, lots of small appliances, cutlery, dishes, utensils, bowls/pots/pans and virtually anything else you may need or want. The island also features three bar stools so people can hang out and socialize. Laundry - There's a laundry room with a washer and a dryer that you are free to use. Please do! I try to keep the detergent stocked but don't guarantee it, so it may be wise to bring a little of your own.     The Hill House is along Highway 66 only a few short minutes from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. It's a quiet area that sees little traffic, and the park boundary is within a quarter of a mile. This means elk, coyotes, foxes, bears, raccoons, hummingbirds, and mule deer frequently pass by.
