“A great day out with plenty to see. Can be a little bit pricey if going as a family, but still worth the money.”

“A good tour that you can do, which will tell you the history of the Gaol. Particularly interesting as some of our politicians (past and present) have "done time" here over the years. I always enjoy this tour - recommend you give it a try if you've got time!”

“Amazing place for kids to have fun and possibly learn a few things! Easily a good half day required especially with very little ones, make sure you ask which is the best zone for the age of the children as it’s quite big and it’s possibly easy to miss bits. You get a great view of the titanic building and Belfast from the glass windows. There is an area to eat if you have a packed lunch. ”

“The Duke of York, my favourite bar in Belfast. On a weekend night this place spills out into the cobbled streets and alleyways. Check out the cool funky little courtyard with murals too.”

“The Ulster Museum is a hour walk but its worth it. Walk through the Ormeau Park enjoy the peaceful scenery. Cross the Ormeau Bridge and enter Botanic gardens along the river and be sure to exit at the Museum. You might need your map with you but it is a lovely way to spend a afternoon.”

“Situated in the heart of the Cathedral Quarter beside St Anne’s Cathedral, the War Memorial is an Accredited Museum which is a ‘must see’ for anybody with an interest in Northern Ireland’s role in the two world wars. The museum tells the story of the Belfast Blitz in 1941, the Ulster Home Guard, the role played by women in the war and the presence of US forces from 1942 to 1944.”
