This entire beautiful, cosy, light filled, ground floor apartment has been freshly painted and renovated, complete with its own private level courtyard leading onto a tropical garden which allows you direct access to the beach. Kick off your shoes and unwind, sink your feet into the sand down to the surf, without leaving your backyard or having to cross any roads. Conveniently located near public transport and ease of access. The apartments face the beach, so enjoy the surf 24/7, throughout your stay.

This fully furnished unit has a large living room with a flat screen TV, complementary Netflix TV and high-speed wifi for fast web browsing and email access, your own washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, 1 King-size bed, a private Courtyard with outdoor dining, plus all the other essentials you'll need on your vacation.

A king-sized bed is one of the comfiest around and has a wardrobe with plenty of storage. We have clean sheets awaiting every arrival. If you're travelling as singles, if it meets your requirements, we can change the bed into two King Singles.

In the kitchen, a fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook as little or as creatively as you desire, as you admire the sunrise over the sea, this unit is bathed in sunlight all day long. For your safety and security, all access keys are security coded and cannot be duplicated, other than by our nominated locksmith, which ensures that previous guests are not able to access the apartment after their stay has finished.

Naturally - fresh linen & towels are provided.

Apartments One, Three and Four in this apartment complex are right next to each other, with Apartment One being a single bedroom unit and Apartment Three and Apartment Four have two bedrooms. If you have an extended family situation, with two or more families or groups travelling together, where you want to be close together but with individual accommodation, this is the ideal location and set up.
Each of these apartments have a private yard, which is fenced and gated, allowing for your privacy or for families to have the children stay close at hand, or spend time in the backyard or the sandy the beach.
The Penthouse is very sunny and light, located on Level 2 with glorious sweeping views to the ocean and up and down the beach, overlooking the headlands at either end of the beach.

We want our guests to feel welcomed and right at home. During your visit, please make use of our well equipped kitchen, read a book, swim and surf, watch dolphins and whales frolic as they pass by, go beach fishing and catch your dinner, or simply sit in the backyard or lounge in your own private yard, watching the water and experience the serenity of life. At night you can watch as Bilbies forage through the garden. There is an abundance of birdlife; watch as a flock of Pelicans glide through the air, skimming the tops of the waves, the Sea Eagles and Hawks wheeling through the air and pouncing down for their dinner.

To access your private apartment, the entrance is in the back garden walking directly into your private yard or direct private access from the street. After hours, Guests will be able to contact our onsite manager to collect keys. Directions will be provided in a follow up email after you have booked.

In addition, we are available on our phones 24/7 and only live 15 minutes away for any issues you may have.

Important Property Update: Weather Impacts.

Recent weather events have necessitated that part of the garden is fenced off as the land within the fenced off area has subsided.

Under no circumstances should any guest or invitee of any guest enter the fenced off area as the work in that area to resolve the subsidence continues.

We will not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any injury or loss that arises from access made to the fenced off area and ask that you respect and ensure where reasonable others respect the need to prevent access to this area.

The communal beachfront garden is still accessible, with ocean and seascape viewing; however, a small amount of the garden is currently cordoned off, for guest safety.

There is a major hospital 10 minutes away in the event of any emergencies

Narrabeen and Collaroy villages on the Northern Beaches are very central. The apartment is right on a safe, Lifeguard-patrolled beach, only 20 metres from their red and yellow flags. South Narrabeen beach is also popular for Body and Board Surfing, Kite Surfing, with Collaroy Ocean pool 10 minutes' walk down the beach. There is fantastic snorkelling and if you feel adventurous, hire a jet ski. A leisurely day out at Narrabeen Lake which is a 5 minute walk, hosts activities such as wind surfing, fishing, paddle boarding or Kayaking. The calm, peaceful waters of Narrabeen Lagoon are great for an afternoon dip or to go prawning at night. Depending on how energetic you wish to be, walking or hiring a bike to complete some or all of the circuit around the lake is great exercise.
Narrabeen is in the centre of the Northern Beaches of Sydney. It is easily accessed, either through the main road of the Northern Beaches (Pittwater Rd), or by going through the forest along the Wakehurst Parkway, as you drive past scenic Narrabeen Lake, watching the Black Swans on the lake and the numerous bird life.
The world class level walking track and bike track around the lake can be completed in various sections or you are able to do a complete circuit of the 8.5Kms (5 miles).
There are over 15 golf clubs within 20 minutes' drive, including some of the most prestigious courses in Australia, such as Elanora, Terry Hills, Manly and Monash, plus a mini-golf and driving range just up the road. Tennis and Fitness Centres are close by and the NSW Sports Academy on the lake is 5 minutes' drive away, or pamper yourself at the local Day Spa. The opportunities are endless!
The Narrabeen / Collaroy beach front is a long sweeping beach with dramatic headlands at each end; Long Reef, which is a marine heritage site, which not only has birds flying off the cliffs, but also hand gliders. There is a fantastic walk around the Collaroy point, over the rock platforms, to Fishermans Beach (they don’t call it that for nothing!), to the Long Reef Headland.
The other end of the beach has Narrabeen headland, with a very scenic ocean pool and an extensive rock platform letting you wander and explore for miles. The Collaroy ocean pool is only 10 minutes’ walk down the beach from the Coachhouse on the Beach, or by road it is only a couple of minutes’ drive away.
The fishing along the beach and at the rock platforms at either end of the beach, or in the lake is fantastic.
Narrabeen also boasts world class surfing beaches, where international surfing contests are held.

A multitude of great restaurants, coffee shops, liquor shops and cafes are within walking distance. There are also a whole host of other beaches to explore whilst you're with us! A large Woolworths supermarket is 10 minutes' walk away and the Open Air Warringah shopping mall or Warriewood Square Shopping malls are 15 minutes by public transport from right outside of these apartments. At both Warriewood and Long Reef Headlands, watch the hand gliders jump off the cliffs and soar into the sky over the Pacific Ocean. Long Reef headland walk has a marine reserve with its abundant sea life and diving attractions. The summit offers stunning views of the entire coastline and is also popular for whale watching, hang gliding and parasailing. Next to the Long Reef Golf club house, watch the pelicans begging for scraps from the fishermen who bring their boats in. A special treat is taking the Sea Plane which flies from Rose Bay in the city to Palm Beach. It also has short tours flying down from Palm Beach to Long Reef for scenic sightseeing.
The night life is also very good, with a number of venues that host food and drink, as well as live music.

The Sands hotel at South Narrabeen plus the Collaroy Hotel (one of our favourites for a great pub meal) and the Collaroy Beachclub are all fantastic for an afternoon or night time beverage and only 10 minutes' walk along the road or the beach, or 2 minutes by bus, Uber or taxi away, so you can enjoy yourself without worrying about having to drive. The world famous Newport Arms Hotel, which overlooks Pittwater is only a 10 minute drive. There are cinemas in Collaroy, Warriewood and at Warringah Mall. Enjoy the superb laid back lifestyle that this fantastic location has to offer, or ‘venture down to the world famous Taronga Zoo, overlooking the harbour and city, as it's only half an hour away.

Manly and its many attractions, including a jet boat or a scenic ferry ride to the city, are only a 20 minute bus ride away. You can surf at the beach, swim in the lagoon, plus eat and drink at great restaurants and bars, without ever needing a car. Everything you will ever need for a fantastic, perfect Australian summer holiday is right here!

There is a very popular woman's clothing shop next to the property, where keys can be picked up during business hours. Outside of these times, we will arrange for a key pickup for you. There is also a manager on site to assist you with any requirements or issues. If you would rather have no contact with us, we're fine with that too and will let you enjoy your stay in peace!
This property is absolutely unique and conveniently located between Narrabeen and Collaroy. An iconic building and property, owning 30 Metres of beachfront, has its backyard continuing onto the patrolled South Narrabeen Beach, only 20 metres south of the Lifesavers Club. Each unit has its own level, private fenced yard.
We'll try and make your stay as pleasurable and easy as possible. If you would like any information regarding the area, or the property itself, our friendly onsite manager would be more than happy to fill you in on anything you'd like to know as there are many restaurants, sites to visit and activities to do, that we are able to give you advice upon. We are only a phone call away and will probably see you during your stay.
If you aren't too keen on the idea of human contact, we'll also be providing you with a booklet, summarising all the things we think you should know whilst staying with us, ready and waiting in the unit! This booklet will be emailed to you including directions from the airport, contact information and the most convenient method to contact us, prior to your arrival!
