Chic, polished, clean space—400 sq' located in W Telluride (near Lift #7). Hardwood floors, stainless steel and Euro-style decor in an efficient space. French doors open to a garden patio with mountain views and morning sunshine.

Eignin
The condo is a ground-floor corner unit with windows and french doors facing both south and east. The living area is cozy, open, light and modern. A twin size futon couch can be used as an additional bed (perfect for a single person or young child).

The kitchen has been fully renovated to maximize space; stainless steel appliances and countertops provide a sleek and modern look.

The sleeping area is separated from living/dining room by divider doors (partial). The custom metal-fabricated bed is elevated —30 inches high—accessed by a three step ladder. The mattress is new: Alexander Signature Series by Nest Bedding. There is plenty of storage for luggage and mountain toys.

The bathroom has newly a remodeled galvanized-steel shower (helps retain heat) and a hand-crafted cement vanity/sink.

French doors open from the dining area to the garden patio. There is fantastic morning sun and views of large open courtyard and Ballard Peak.

There are amazing sunset views from the front yard.

AirBnB collects taxes paid to the state of Colorado. We collect the 9% tax paid to the Town of Telluride (shows as a 9% increase to the advertised rate prior to booking).

The Hot tub is maintained by the HOA and is generally available for your use but is subject to their maintenance and repair schedule. We cannot warranty that it will operational during your stay.

**Tomboy Property Management's actions in response to COVID-19:
We have always taken pride in our high cleanliness ratings. In response to the “new normal”, we are taking extra steps with your health and safety in mind.
-One full day between “turns", the property will be aired out and sprayed with disinfectant after check-out and before the cleaning crew arrives. All linens will be changed, including all duvet covers.
We use Melaleuca brand spray disinfectant which uses Thymol; this is a natural product that is approved by the CDC as effective against coronavirus.
-Disposable masks, hand soap, hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes and disinfecting spray are available for you to use during your stay.

What we ask of our guests:
-Please stay home if you are sick. We will be here when you are feeling well and will be happy to host you then.
-Please follow CDC guidelines and local laws regarding hand washing, mask wearing, and physical distancing.


CANCELLATION POLICY – FALL & WINTER 2020-21
Due to the evolving circumstances around COVID-19, Tomboy Property Management is happy to extend the following cancellation policies:

For stays November 1, 2020 – April 5, 2021, a 7-DAY CANCELLATION policy is in place for non-peak periods:
Cancel prior to 7 days from your arrival date to receive a refund of your reservation total minus one night’s rate and tax. One night’s rate will be calculated as the average nightly rate during your scheduled stay.

If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival, you will receive a 50% refund.

PEAK PERIODS include the following dates: December 18-January 2, February 11-20, March 5-20.

For stays during or including these dates, cancel up to 30 days prior to your stay to receive a refund of your reservation total minus one night’s rate and tax. One night’s rate will be calculated as the average nightly rate during your scheduled stay.

If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, you will receive a credit to be applied towards a future stay. A refund may be sent if we rebook any of the nights over the forfeited dates.

Traveler is responsible for canceling within the appropriate timeframe. Travel insurance is encouraged. Not valid on stays of 30 days or more.

If a future town, county, state or federal ordinance is enacted preventing the completion of your reservation with Tomboy Property Management, you will be issued a credit in the amount of your reservation (or remaining nights) toward a future stay, valid for one year from the date of your cancelled or interrupted stay. Refunds will not be issued.

The west end is the quiet part of Telluride. Only two blocks to the Lift 7 area and downtown is a quick walk / bike ride away. There is great morning sun in the east-facing garden and amazing sunset views from the front lawn (common courtyard).

I love sharing our town with our guests. Every time a visitor appreciates the magic of this place, it allows me to experience it again, too. I try to bring a lot of love to a space, so the guests feel it when they arrive.
