This three story single family home has breathtaking ocean views from almost every room. The floor plan allows for families and friends to comfortably share this oceanfront house and have plenty of space. The main two story house features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a great room with access to the beach front deck. There is a tremendous oceanview kitchen. There are two more outside Casitas, accessed from the outside, each with a bedroom and bathroom. There are a total of six private sleeping spaces There are a total of six queen beds and one King in this home. You share none of the property with others.

If you want to rest and relax, you can sit on the balcony from the main family room and enjoy looking at the ocean, smelling the beautiful ocean air and listen to the sounds of the waves. Or go upstairs to the master bedroom terrace on the very top, and take in the unforgettable panoramic ocean views all around.

The Main level includes a kitchen with SS appliances, a bathroom (powder room), family room with a balcony, comfortable and large sofa, and dining area that seats 10 and most importantly -beautiful and amazing ocean views from all windows.
Also on this level are three bedrooms each with a queen bed.
Go upstairs to the master suite. Master room includes 1 King Size bed,1 Queen bed and a flat screen TV. Master bath includes toilet, shower, 2 vessel sinks, and a closet.
The lower level A has a casita style bedroom that is accessed by an outside stairway. It has 1 Queen size bed,with a private bathroom. Lower level B also has a queen bed and bathroom. We suggest only adults be assigned to these outside casitas.
There is also a Laundry room with a full size washer and dryer on the main level.
The house is located in beautiful Oceanside, which is a convenient location--close to Carlsbad, San Diego and also Los Angeles.
You can see Oceanside Pier from the home. The historical Oceanside Pier is one of the longest wooden piers on the West Coast. Take a leisurely stroll out over the Pacific Ocean, watch the surfers ride a wave, fishermen catch a fish, or grab a bite to eat at the restaurant at the end of the pier. You can also rent bicycles for the family and there is a wonderful park for the kids right on the beach too.
