The home was constructed in 1900 and has been totally renovated and restored by the best professional contractors in Boulder. Hello, we are Kelly & Richard.

We have lived in our home in the Historic
District of Downtown Boulder for 12 years.
I bought the home in 2006 right after the top to bottom renovation.

I am a small business owner and Kelly is a Doctor specializing in women's health & wellness.

We are the proud parents of the most amazing baby girl. Maddie is 8. She loves to ski, do gymnastics and dance.

Kelly and I met on a blind date in March of 2009. We were set up by our good friend David. David also introduced me to Vacation rental. We joke that I owe him a Porsche.

WE are an active family who skiis, travels & camps.

You will love the guest suite. It is 100% seperate from the rest of the home in which we reside. WE ARE NOT A SHARED SPACE. You will have a seperate and private entrance. We never meet about 40% of our guests. We are here if you need us, and very hands off if you don't.
