This Spanish townhouse was built in 2021 and has all modern fixings and fittings. The property is accessed from a private front garden with small seating area.
On the ground floor you will find the open plan, kitchen, dining room and lounge a WC and the ground floor terrace with a gate that leads to the communal pool.
On the first level you will find all 3 bedrooms (master bedroom with en-suite shower room) and a shared bathroom
On the second floor you will find the roof top terrace.
On the level below ground floor you will find the second lounge / office space. There is a desk and office chair in this room and also a PS4.
Also on this level is the utilities room and access to the underground private parking space.
The apartment is located in a residential complex so Groups of young adults, stag and hen parties would not be welcome.

The property is set on the West of Estepona. Beach side of the A7. about 100m to the nearest beach. This property is a 25 minute walk of Estepona Marina and around 45 minutes walk to the town centre of Estepona. The property is located on a quiet street and is in a new development of only 6 properties. The pool is located 3 properties down from the house and will only be used by the other 5 properties in the development.
There is an Aldi, Mercadona (local super market), pharmacy, petrol station, burger king, restaurants and beach club located within 3 kms of the property on the other side of the main road.
Estepona is a beautiful town. offering beautiful beaches, Playa Christo is located just a short walk from the property. Estepona offers a big wednesday market, a night marek every evening in the summer and some truly lovely restaurants in the port and town. This property is managed by JL Property-Guardians. A member of the team will meet you at the property to check you in - collect your passport / ID printed copies and filled in Registration forms. You will receive an introduction email after reserving the property. (Please do message me your personal email address)
On the day of arrival please keep us up to date on your estimated time of arrival so neither of us are kept waiting at the property.
You will be given 2 sets of keys. One set will include a remote control for the underground parking.
Should you need anything during your stay at the property, you can phone or message me and I will make myself available to help.

Should you wish to check in after 9pm you can but there will be an additional fee of 50euro. This will be from anytime after 21.00
