Here in the popular Trailside community of Okemo Mountain Resort, this three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom condo offers a ski-in/ski-out location directly on the Sachem trail - a beginner-level ski run that's ideal for the entire family.


The multi-level arrangement of this Okemo condo provides you with ample space to relax after a day spent on the mountain. Enter by way of a convenient mud room to find a full kitchen with all the essentials, a dining area, and a living room with large windows, a wood-burning fireplace, and a sectional sofa. Through the sliding glass doors is a deck to enjoy on sparkling afternoons.


At night, you'll find one bedroom and one full bathroom on the upper level, a half-bath on the main floor, and two more bedrooms, a full bathroom, a laundry room, and a private sauna on the lower level.

Here at Okemo Mountain Resort, you'll enjoy a vertical drop of 2,200 feet (the highest in Southern Vermont), 20 lifts, and 121 trails, slopes, and glades. The heart of downtown Ludlow is just over two miles east as well.

Parking notes: There is free parking for 2 vehicles. Parking passes will be left in the unit for you. *Please return these passes to the unit prior to your departure.* A parking pass is required on Okemo Trailside property. The pass must be displayed and visible through the windshield at all times. **Important: Only two vehicles allowed per unit. All others must use the overflow parking areas (just past the entry booth on the left) with required parking pass. Only two additional overflow parking passes can be provided. Parked vehicles may not block access to stairs, pathways, drives, doors, fire lanes, or other cars. Any vehicle not displaying the proper parking pass, parked in another building's lot, blocking access, or more than the allowed two vehicles per unit, will be towed/stored at the vehicle owner's expense.**


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
