1 bedroom, ground floor apartment with own entrance. Located in a quiet, leafy residential area. Close to Birmingham University, Queen Elizabeth Hospital & Cadbury World.

Private canal side garden with a covered seating area - Your own space to escape the hustle and bustle.

Morrisons supermarket, pubs and restaurants a few minutes walk away. Stress free off road parking with frequent bus and train services to Birmingham City Centre nearby.

Eignin
The apartment is located on a quiet cul de sac with very little passing traffic. Situated in a small building with just four other apartments, each with it's own private entrance.

ENTRANCE

Private front door with security light. One step up from outside into hallway.

LIVING ROOM

The living room is great for relaxing. You'll find a plush sofa and a SMART 4K TV. The large window with blinds and curtains lets in natural light creating the perfect ambience. An extra foldaway bed (single) can be set up in the living room if 3 guests are staying. This is best for a child or smaller adult!

KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, fridge, gas hob, electric oven and microwave. We'll supply you with kitchen roll, washing up liquid, tea, coffee and some extra little freebies!

BATHROOM

The apartment has one bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower. We include toilet roll, towels and free toiletries.

BEDROOM

Double bed with 4 pillows complete with signature throw to ensure your best comfort. Plenty of hanging & storage space.

Please note, this property has only 1 double bed. An extra single foldaway bed can be set up in the living room to accommodate one additional guest.

The apartment is located on the edge of the Selly Oak area of Birmingham and is within easy walking distance of the Bournville and Stirchley areas.

Important centres within the local area are the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham University and Kings Norton Business Centre whilst Cadburys in Bournville is a 5 minute drive or 20 minute stroll!

Selly Oak is a popular area of Birmingham.. A few minutes walk from the apartment takes you to the well known 'Country Girl' pub & a section of take aways including the popular Dolphin fish & chip shop (awesome online reviews!)

Bournville is synonymous with Cadburys. However, this leafy 'garden city' is a very popular residential area and feels more like a village.

Stirchley benefits from the highly regarded Loaf bakery, a micro-pub, coffee shops and ever popular British Oak public house. Nearby green spaces include Cotteridge & Hazelwell Park, which provides access to the Rea Valley national cycle route which meanders its way along the River and down into Cannon Hill Park and along to the city centre.
