Elegant and refined in its design and decor, this single-level condo in The Shores at Waikoloa Beach Resort is indoor-outdoor living at its finest. In addition to providing access to the resort's beautiful outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court, fitness room, and barbecue area, this condo has an expansive, shaded lanai that wraps around two sides of the living space. Take the elevator up to the second floor and be greeted by central air conditioning, wood and tile floors, and a back wall that's lined with glass. These picture windows frame the neighboring lagoon and the resort's picturesque pool area, and the glass doors lead outside to the covered lanai. It's a wonderful space for dining al fresco, reading the paper in cushioned chairs, or simply enjoying the water view. Back inside, the living space has been thoughtfully decorated with modern-yet-inviting furnishings in soothing tones of taupe and grey. There's a wall-mounted flatscreen cable TV in the living room, stainless steel appliances in the sleek kitchen, and space to dine at both the table and the three-person breakfast bar.
