This property has three bedrooms and 2 baths, sleeps up to 10 people, Sleeps 8 in beds additional futon and large sectional in basement. Use of the Property:

The property has a private septic system. Please ONLY flush toilet paper and natural waste down the toilet. Garbage cans and liners are in every bathroom. Extra garbage bags are under the kitchen sink, along with extra kitchen garbage bags.

The property includes free use of WIFI so you can login to streaming of your own.

Extra pillows and blankets are in the master bedroom closet on the main level and the cabinet in the laundry room.

Towels are located behind the door on shelves in main level bath.

Kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking and dishes needs. You will need to provide your own food/drinks.

There is NO smoking on the property.

No fireworks on the property.

Pets are not permitted on the property.

Quiet hours start at 11:00pm. Please be respectful of neighbors.

No Parties.

We have surveillance cameras on the property.

The thermostat is located in the hallway by the living room. You can adjust the temperature as needed.

The house and yard are for you to use, however the outbuildings and fields are not to be entered.

Check-out procedure:

check out is 10:00am or earlier. When checking out, please make sure you empty garbage bags and place them in the black garbage can with lid in front of the garage. Please, place all used towels in the laundry baskets, and start the dishwasher.
