Our modern, newly refurbished 3 bed apartment is uniquely situated right on the award winning beaches of Swanage. The apartment has been designed & fitted out to the highest standard to provide a modern but relaxing place to enjoy the stunning uninterrupted seaviews. Right on the world heritage Jurassic Coast - epic hikes, watersports, sandy beaches and much more are literally on your doorstep.ck back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

We look forward to welcoming you at our stunning newly refurbished 3 bedroom seafront apartment in Swanage, right on the Jurassic coast.

Your arrival
We know our guests enjoy their privacy, and flexibility on arrival time, so we have arranged for self check in with a key left in a key box for you. The main door has an entry code. The codes will be sent to you before you arrive.

Arriving and Parking
Please be advised that although modern - this property is within an old Purbeck stone building - there is a flight of stairs to access the front door followed by substantial oak staircase up to the 2nd floor flat.

The entrance to the apartment is on Ulwell Road with double yellow lines - however you are able to pull up and unload your car before finding parking. There is free parking on Clifton Road and all along de Moulham Road (please note this parking is not available to commercial vehicles and camper vans). We have one parking space available inside of the electric gates opposite at Shore House - we will send you full access and location by email. This space is not suitable for vans or commercial vehicles.

We will leave a welcome guide in the kitchen for you and be on hand for anything you need. If for any reason, we're not around, or not able to come and problem solve, we have made arrangements for Chris to be available.

Kitchen/Living/Dining
Stylish and modern open plan kitchen/living/dining room with uninterrupted unparalleled seaviews and access onto the spacious beach front balcony.

The kitchen is modern and fully fitted with large fridge freezer, induction hob, integrated washer dryer and dishwasher - all at your disposal (there will be dishwasher tabs and some non bio washing powder for your convenience).

We hope you enjoy your welcome hamper - including the basics (pepper & salt in grinders, olive oil, sugar).

Best of all (well we think so) the apartment is equipped with a Delonghi Autentica Bean to Cup Coffee Machine (and we will make sure there are coffee beans and some milk in the fridge to get you started). And for those of you not into coffee there will be tea from the Dorset Tea company.

Balcony
The balcony has uninterrupted seaviews across to the Purbeck Hills and beyond to Bournemouth and the Isle of Wight. Furnished with rattan bistro furniture there is seating for 6 for outside dining and taking in the breathtaking views.

There is a brand new gas fired Outdoor Chef BBQ for cooking up a feast. This BBQ's are the best we've ever used as a replacement for charcoal - you really won't notice the difference.

New smart TV with the option to log in to your Netflix/Amazon prime accounts and you're welcome to link up your own device with the provided HDMI cable.

Bathrooms
Our 2 bathrooms are modern, stylish and fitted out with Hudson Reed units and rain showers.

The master bathroom has a substantial walk in shower with rain shower, toilet and sink with demister shaver mirror.

The ensuite bathroom has a good sized bath, toilet and sink with demister shaver mirror. Along with a walk in shower with rain shower. Perfect for an evening soak - ideal after a day out hiking the Jurassic Coast. Fresh hotel quality towels are provided, we just ask that you bring your own for the beach.

Each bathroom has an electric towel rail. Shower gel and hand soap is provided. As is toilet roll.

Master bedroom
This bedroom looks out onto the sea and we think is possibly one the best bedrooms to wake up in in Swanage - dare we say Purbeck. Fitted with uphostered button headboard, modern bedside tables, chest of drawers and under bed storage, usb plug sockets and reading lights by the bed. And best of all a 6ft 2000 pocket sprung hypoallergenic bed with hotel linen and bedding - combine this with a gentle sea breeze and gentle lapping of the waves should be a recipe for the best ever night's sleep. This bedroom is ensuite and has French windows opening out onto the balcony.

Bedroom 2
Bedroom 2 enjoys the same amazing views - also facing out to sea with French doors leading out onto the balcony. This bedroom can be set as a twin (2 x 3ft beds) or zip & linked to form a huge 6ft double bed. It has an open wardrobe with plenty of hangers.

Bedroom 3 - faces Shore House and this bedroom can be set as a twin (2 x 3ft beds) or zip & linked to form a huge 6ft double bed. It also has stylish furniture, an open wardrobe with plenty of hangers.

Little bundles
Babies / toddlers are more than welcome - however the stairs are very steep. A Baby Safety Gate is available on request but you will need to fit it to the stairs yourself. Unfortunately we do not have a travel cot available but can provide a high chair on request.
