FIRST FLOOR EXPERIENCE
Step into this immaculate spacious lounge area with spectacular views of the pool. Sip drinks at the bar as you watch the sports on the two big screens. Play games on the pool table, ping pong table, and/or arcade system. Soak up the view from the pool through the large sliding glass doors.

The first floor has the following rooms:

✓ Game Room / bar area
✓ Full bathroom and walk in shower.
✓ Bunk Room #1: 8 twin beds
✓ Bunk Room #2: 3 queens and two twin beds. Private bathroom with walk in shower.
✓ King Bedroom Suite #1: Private bathroom and walk in shower.
✓ King Bedroom Suite #2: Private bathroom, tub/shower combo, and private pool entrance.
✓ Laundry Closet #1: Washer & Dryer

All bedrooms have flat screen tv's. First floor sleeps 20.

SECOND FLOOR EXPERIENCE

Groups love the second floor with two balconies, large kitchen, family area, and dining room area. Enjoy dinner around the dining room table with 14 chairs. Step out onto the balcony facing the sunset or choose the balcony overlooking the pool area. Outdoor porch will seat six.
The kitchen contains two sinks, separate countertops, two ovens/stoves, and bench seating for ten. Chill wine in the large wine cooler and fill the oversized fridge with food for your stay.

Kick back and relax in the comfortable living area and watch the big screen.

Rooms on the second floor Include:

✓ Dining Room with seating for 14 at one table and 10 at the bench table. Accessible by elevator.
✓ King Bedroom Suite #3: Private bathroom with walk in shower.

✓ Two balconies--one overlooking the pool and one facing the sunset.

Pool Experience

Step into your own tropical oasis. Palm trees line the outer white privacy wall. Deck chairs around the pool provide plenty of sun and relaxation. Walk down the steps in the heated resort like pool*. One end contains five bar stools in the pool so you can relax and drink on the side. A gas fire pit with soft chairs provides a memorable experience in the cool of the night.

Just off the pool is an outdoor kitchen!

THIRD FLOOR EXPERIENCE

Take the stairs or elevator to the third floor. Read a book or watch a show in the cozy living room area. This floor has the master suites.
Rooms on the second floor Include:

✓ Master King Suite #1: Large closet, separate shower / tub, two sinks, and private entrance to balcony overlooking the pool.
✓ Master King Suite #2: Large closet, separate shower / tub, two sinks, and private entrance to balcony overlooking the pool.
✓ Laundry closet with two washers and two dryers.
✓ Bunk room #3: Two queens and two twin beds, flat screen tv, and private entrance to the pool balcony.

All bedrooms have flat screen tv's. Third floor sleeps 12.

CROWS NEST & ROOFTOP (Fourth Floor):

This is the crown Jewel of the house. Up the stairs you'll have an enclosed area with 360 degree views of the gulf, sunrise, sunset, and the city. One of the few homes in the area with this spectacular view.

There is a little nook area with a tv and chairs for those who want some seclusion.

Step out onto the rooftop and truly appreciate the beauty of the area. Play card games under the stars on the table. Sunbathe in privacy or soak up sunrises and sunsets. Look out over the gulf

*Pool and Spa can be heated for an additional $100 per day during October 1 - June 1.

The Story of Destin Dreamers:

In 2016 our founder, Christopher R. Harper, was diagnosed with a degenerative nerve condition and the best doctors in North America gave him 8-10 years before he would be immobile and incapable of walking.

Christopher gave away his multi-million dollar company to a godly man in Colorado and moved his family to Destin without knowing how he would make an income or how God would provide but adamant that he would see those last days with his family to the fullest.

Our family was told, after the countless surgeries, that the ongoing pain would only get worse since the condition was degenerative. The most we could hope for, after a consistent regiment of pain medicine, was an ability to "cope" with life.

Can I tell you that today Christopher is completely healed!

After a year here in Destin, you can find Christopher on surf boards (falling more than surfing), running with his kids along the beach and fishing as though he was never affected by his condition.

Having not taken a single pain pill in over a year and not even needing the surgically implanted device in his spine to help control his pain, God truly has healed Chris. He refuses to allow a diagnosis determine his future when God is the author & finisher of his faith.
