Situated in the heart of Edinburgh’s New Town and perfectly located for shops, restaurants and all of the tourist sites. This recently refurbished two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with private walled patio garden provides a relaxing space to unwind after a busy day exploring the city.

The lower ground floor apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. From a well equipped kitchen, excellent Wi-Fi and modern amenities. The property is decorated and furnished to a high standard.

Our stylish modern open plan kitchen / living / dining room is the perfect space to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. The dining table by the window makes for an ideal workspace for a laptop or to enjoy a meal.

Two large and spacious double bedrooms have plenty of storage to unpack your clothes and freshly laundered bedlinen and towels are provided on the beds for your arrival.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and access to a small patio garden (shared with 1 lovely neighbour) - A morning sun trap, making it the perfect place to plan the day’s activities over a coffee and fresh pastries from the local bakery nearby. A peaceful oasis in the heart of the city.

The master bedroom also has a brand new Life Fitness spin bike which you're welcome to use during your stay. You'll just need to bring along your own bike shoes with SPD cleats to be able to use this. There are also cages on the other side of the cleats.

The main bathroom has been recently modernised and includes both a bath and a shower Shampoo and shower gel are provided for your convenience.

A hallway space adjoins all of the rooms.

This lower ground floor apartment is accessed down a few stone steps off a quiet residential street in the New Town where our private doorway is located.

***Great for a staycation, as a work-from-home alternative, or for families. Due to the coronavirus, we are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. While using a professional cleaning service that utilises PPE and follows government approved cleaning guidelines.***

With a variety of independent shops, cafes and lovely restaurants within a short walk from our door, our property is the perfect location for your Edinburgh stay. With easy access to the main City attractions on foot or by bus. Just a short 5 minute walk to Princes Street and a view of the castle.

Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the flat making it ideal for digital nomads or those working from home remotely while travelling.

We have central heating throughout. Bed linen, shampoo, shower gel and a full set of fresh towels are provided for every guest.

The apartment is ideal for couples or a family or groups of up to 4 people in total. The sleeping arrangements comprise of 1 double bed in each of the two bedrooms. Generally, check-in is from 3pm and checkout by 11am.

Other amenities include a TV with Netflix.

A guidebook will be available in the living room for your arrival which will have more detailed information about the apartment, how to operate things and where everything is located. We've also created a helpful city guide documenting some of our top picks for things to see and do around the local area. We're located on a quiet residential street just a few minutes walk from Edinburgh's New Town, with shopping, restaurants and tourist attractions close by. We're ideally located for exploring Edinburgh. Our apartment is a 5 minute walk to William Street which has beautiful independent shops, artisan cafes and lovely restaurants. You'll be spoilt for choice!

The apartment is within easy walking distance to Princes Street, George Street and The Royal Mile. Everything is in close walking distance, but there are also excellent transport links with Lothian buses from Queensferry Street, just a 2 minutes walk from the flat. Allowing you to explore areas more further afield.

We've provided a city guide within the apartment for places to visit during your stay, as well as discounts on award winning local tours, but please feel free to ask for recommendations, we'd love to help you get the most out of your stay.
