On the East end of Ocean Isle, with 5 bedrooms, 5 ½ baths, 2 large living rooms, 4 patios, an elevator, a pool, an outdoor bar, and less than a 3 minute walk to the beach, A Wedge Away is the perfect home for your next beach vacation.

This new construction has space for everyone and an abundance of natural light through the many large windows all throughout the home.
Located on the first floor of this reverse floorplan, open concept home, is a massive living space with a large comfy couch and sofa, offering 4 reclining seats. There is also a bartop table with 4 stools located next to the beverage bar with a mini fridge, a kuerig coffee maker and a sink. The large windows and sliding glass door offer a secondary space for relaxing while enjoying the ocean views.

There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor. The first bedroom, with a king sized bed, has ocean views, a private ensuite with a walk-in shower and a double vanity. The second bedroom on the first floor has a queen sized bed, pool views, patio access, and a private ensuite with a tub/shower combo. Also located on the first floor is the bunk room with 3 bunk beds, all twin sized, pool views, patio access, and a private ensuite with a tub/shower combo.

Moving up to the top level of the home, you enter into the main living area with a large couch and loveseat, a lounge chair, arm chair and a groovy moon chair. There is plenty of room for the whole family to gather around and play games or watch TV. The room is filled with natural light from the giant windows and sliding glass door leading to the front patio with ocean views. Across from the living room is the large kitchen with beautiful quartz countertops, white cabinets and stainless steel appliances. This kitchen provides 2 dishwashers, and a large peninsula with bar seating for 4. The kitchen offers many small appliances for guests to use during their stay including a kuerig and drip coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and lots of pots and pans. The kitchen table seats 6 with additional seating for 4 on the patio outside.

The second floor has two bedrooms. The primary bedroom, located next to the kitchen, has a king sized bed, patio access, pool views, ensuite with a walk in shower, and double vanity. Located off the living room is the fifth bedroom with a queen sized bed, patio access and pool views.

​​​​​​​In the large backyard there is an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off before jumping into the pool. Enjoy freshly grilled meals from the propane grill poolside on the picnic table or outdoor bar. The driveway offers covered parking for 4 and uncovered parking for 3-6 depending on the size of your vehicle.

A Wedge Away is approximately 300 ft from the closest beach access point on Shallotte Blvd.

Kitchen amenities include: a blender, drip and Keurig coffee maker, toaster, mixer, and a waffle maker.

The pool is open year round, however, the pool heater will only heat the pool when the average air temperatures are somewhere around 55-60 degrees. The heater typically keeps the pool water between 80-85 degrees in April - October depending on air temperatures. There is no additional cost to heat the pool, but we can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the air temperatures.

Included in the cleaning fee is all bed linens, 1 set of towels per person (1 set includes 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth), and a kitchen towel. We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each restroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels, and a trash can liner. (Last minute bookings: We need at least 24hr notice in order to provide linens)

While we do provide some items to get you started, here is a list of a few other things we want to remind you to bring:

Pool and or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool and or spa.

We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook). User error will result in a service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator unsupervised. Use at your own risk.

**Please be aware that there is an exterior security camera located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind.**
