The Hayloft is a loft-style apartment with two Queen bedrooms plus three huge new sofa beds, in 42 acres of beautiful private grounds.

The nearby beaches, waterfalls, hikes and parks are not crowded and you can choose to visit at very quiet times of day, when you can almost have the beautiful beaches and countryside to yourself.

The Hayloft is private and spacious, sleeping up to 10 people, plus infant's cot.

We are very pet-friendly and welcome your four-legged family here. This is the ultimate dog-friendly holiday and we clean the property immaculately between stays, so whether or not you bring your pets with you, you’d never know others have stayed here. To welcome your four-legged family, we also supply:

Dining deck to soak up the sun, and even a children's timber playground doubling as an outdoor exercise station. We also provide yoga mats and there's plenty of room inside and outside.

The two private bedrooms each have a Queen bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, room fan, bedside rugs.

In the living space are three quality sofas doubling as sofa beds sleeping an additional six people.

Please note there is one bathroom.

All beds are comfortable, featuring snowy-white linen. We also provide fluffy white towels, and beach towels too.

The open plan living space includes the brand new kitchen, sitting areas with three huge new sofas doubling as sofa beds, the huge round dining table, and library nook,.

The Hayloft is a beautiful mixture of brand new and antiques from our homes in the UK and Sunshine Beach. Very comfortably appointed, complemented with a glass sliding door onto the sun deck.

The round dining table, originally a Mexican cartwheel, seats 10.

Plus a 10 seater al fresco dining table on the deck and shady picnic spots in the gardens. There’s a firepit and easy chairs in the bamboo grove for evenings under the stars.

The Hayloft has air conditioning, which can cool or heat the whole space.

The gorgeous woodburner is lovely for colder winter months.

Enjoy year-round alfresco dining, or simply relax with a good book.

The brand new kitchen includes a beautiful island complete with an excellent oven, air fryer, coffee machine, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, food processor, hob, kettle microwave, slow-cooker, toaster - all you need.

We stock the tea station, pantry, and fridge with some essentials for you, including bread, butter, olive oil, herbs and spices, milk, fruit and cheese.

We even provide ready-to-bake croissants from a real French bakery for you to have hot from the oven on your first morning.

The living areas offer huge new sofas and easy chairs, smart TV, a huge well-chosen library of books and DVDs, and large picture windows.

The bathroom is stylish and modern with a good shower using twice-filtered harvested rainwater.

The library carries more than 200 books, so you'll be spoilt for choice for reading material. There are also board games, DVDs, and even a pool table.

The location is a 42-acre private property and organic farm, with extensive grounds and orchards featuring "hugelkulture" raised beds.

You can pick your own superfoods, herbs, fruits, veggies and salads - and see if the hens have laid you any eggs in the morning.

The peacocks may come and say good morning to you too, if you share some treats with them. All our gardening is organic and we powered by solar. The beautiful water is our own harvested multi-filtered rainwater.

We are very dog-friendly. Well-mannered pets are welcome and your dogs can be off-leash on the property, including in the orchards, hay meadows, bamboo plantations, and woodland.

There is parking for any number of cars on the property.

Additional features include complimentary WIFI, amazing night skies full of stars, magnificent views, and friendly hosts.

If you're coming in the winter, you'll enjoy the gorgeous wood burner complete with logs, hot water bottles and blankets provided for the cooler months.

We provide a range of bicycles which you can ride around the 2.5km grassy track encircling the property. Also available is fishing equipment, golf clubs, kayaks, surfboard, and bodyboard to borrow free of charge year-round.

And if you're here in the wet season, we provide a big choice of gumboots so you can still explore the grounds and splash in any puddles.

Due to Covid-19, we have decided to take the responsible precaution of not permitting parties with non-residents, and only guests booked to stay can enter the property. Thank you for your understanding.

If a Covid lockdown causes you to have to cancel after booking, your payment is held in credit for you to come again on a date of your choice.
