The apartment itself is comprised of an entrance, from which the bedroom, bathroom & kitchen are accessed. The bedrooms are separated by the bathroom, so evening noise is minimal.

- Please refrain from wearing shoes indoors upon the carpet or oak wood flooring. Slippers will be provided.

- No visitors or additional guests permitted (unless negotiated & agreed).

- We expect you to be respectful towards other people sharing the flat with you keeping noise down and avoiding parties.

- Any evidence found of indoor smoking, illegal activity or damage will result in immediate termination of the booking & ejection.

- No significant noise between 11pm until 6am as per Westminster council policy.

Significant spills or stains on carpet or upholstery (food / makeup / shoe marks etc.) may require a professional cleaning fee of up to £100, subject to our discretion.

Any severe carpet damage (burns / permanent stains) may be subject to a £400 carpet replacement fee, subject to our discretion.
