This modern unit has an open concept kitchen, living space. Two bedrooms & two full bathrooms.
*Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with king plush Stearns & Foster mattress bed, desk and chair, smart TV with an en-suite bathroom.
*Bathroom 1: En-suite to bedroom 1 with wall to wall glass shower.
*Bedroom 2: Full size bed with small desk and closet.
*Bathroom 2: Located in hallway. Full bathroom with tub/shower combination.
*Fully stocked kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances: Refrigerator, dishwasher, stove & oven, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, including washer & dryer. Pots & pans, dishes, glasses and cooking utensils. Bring your own supplies such as salt, pepper & coffee.
*Living room with pull out serta bed (full size) that sleeps 2, counter stools and counter table that seats up to 4. 55" LED TV with basic cable.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:
The following starter supplies are provided in the unit
*We provide linens that are already professionally made and on bed waiting for you to rest after a fun filled day in the city.
*One bath towel, one hand towel and one wash cloth per paid guests.
*Starter supply of toilet paper in every bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, every shower has shampoo/conditioner and body wash, hand soap at every sink. Please bring more if needed. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. There is an Aldi & Safeway supermarkets steps away.
*Free WiFi and basic cable TV.

PETS: This unit is not pet friendly. No pets allowed. Please book one of our other units. Guests & owners rely on policy due to allergies and health concerns.

PARKING IN DC:
*Free ample parking on streets in front of building. No permits required. First come, first serve.

PACKAGES & DELIVERIES :
*These units are full time Airbnbs and no one is present to accept deliveries. You may have items mailed to the unit at your own risk.
*Guests whom are staying long term (30 days or longer) may be able to request accepting mail.
*Guests must meet food deliveries at front door outside the building. Food deliveries are not allowed inside the building so not to breach security for other guests in building.

HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

NON-SMOKING BUILDING:
No smoking permitted inside building. Please smoke outdoors 10 feet away from building. $500 fine for smoking inside building or unit plus additional costs for smoke removal and damages resulting from smoking ($500+ per unit)
