Eignin
Cheltenham is the Heart of the Cotswolds, and Longworth Villa is a beautiful house in the Heart of the most perfect Regency Town. Cheltenham Spa Train Station and the centre of Cheltenham 5 minutes walk.

We are offering a Price Reduction for the last 3 weekends in September.- 9/10, 16/17, 30/1st October.

Group size bookings are a maximum size of 16, unless a larger number has been specifically agreed to, and the standard property rental offering comprises 8 double bedrooms, but we can offer a 9th bedroom with prior agreement.

Most bedrooms are en suite, and most bedrooms have TV’s. We can arrange Silver Service Dining, Spa Treatments, Wine/Champagne tasting, Clay Pigeon Shooting, Go Karting etc.
As mentioned, the property is not a Wild Party House, but there is a large basement with Private Bar, 4K TV Projection room, with Disco lighting for Dancing or Karaoke.
The Basement area is not charged as an extra on top of the regular charge, but if the basement is used we will require an extra Damages Deposit, because of the valuable equipment installed!

The basement has Very Steep and Irregular Steps, High Heels must not be worn (Guests use the basement entirely at their risk, the owners accept no liability whatsoever for any incident or accident) The Piano and Projector system can only be used with prior agreement.

The property is located in Lansdown/Christchurch area of the town, which has an abundance of beautiful architecture, the property is on a lovely tree lined street with a very pleasant walk into the town. There are various parks close to the house. The Cheltenham Ladies College Sports Centre is a 5 Minutes walk and can be used for a minimal cost.
