Our space is modern, and colorful with accents that are highlighted by the vibrant natural lighting. Cozy 1 bed and 1 bath unit with sofa bed in the common space. Full size kitchen and brand new stainless steel appliance and cooking equipment. Washer/dryer in unit.

Start the morning right by using our unique hand cranked coffee grinder to get you excited about making the perfect cup of coffee. Pour your espresso into our quaint French press, and enjoy a freshly steeped brew.

Enjoy access to a range of appliances in our fully equipped kitchen that includes pots and pans, spices, cookware, knives, and tupperware. If you love to cook, then you’ll feel right at home in our kitchen! Our kitchen has been designed to accommodate a party of 4, with plates and flatware available for your usage. Dine on our white granite countertops, with our comfortable bar stools.

This space comes with access to a community pool and jacuzzi, as well as a lounge and gaming room.
(COVID 19 UPDATE: Unless otherwise updated, community pool and jacuzzi access is limited to residents only, due to COVID-19. All other amenities are currently unavailable for residents due to COVID-19. Updates to amenities access will be communicated to all guests.)

Parking:
Parking is not provided, unfortunately. Please note that due to limited parking availability for guests, you will need to find street parking. There are several sections of nearby blocks with free overnight parking and we will help direct you to the locations.

GUEST RULES
This is a private and secure building. All guests are required to adhere to all buildings policies while visiting. You are accessing the building as a guest of the resident. We operate discreetly in the building as not to disturb or disrupt the long term residence. We are committed to fully integrating into the community and causing no impact to the daily routine, and we expect our guests to adhere to these guidelines.

The following rules are strictly enforced and we request all prospective guests read our house rules before booking:

As our guests, we kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and the community by adhering to our house rules, keeping all outside noise to a minimum, and following shelter-in-place/social gathering guidelines. We will not tolerate any excessive noise or partying and have the right to vacate you from the property should this be an issue.

We care about being outstanding members of the communities we live in. Please note that per our house rules and local city ordinance, occupancy limits and quiet hours are strictly enforced. Our space has a MAXIMUM 4 guest occupancy. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. In order to ensure a continued great experience for our guests and our neighbors, kindly note that any violation of these rules as well as complaints from neighbors and the city may result in a fine, and could lead to immediate eviction.


Our Commitment to A Clean, Sanitized Environment
1. A convenient hand sanitizer station is set up by the front door for you to sanitize your hands upon entry to the unit.
2. The unit is disinfected thoroughly with solutions containing at least 70% alcohol, recommended by the CDC guidelines.
3. Cleaners are wearing masks and gloves at ALL times during the unit cleaning. Gloves are properly disposed after each use.
4. Lysol spray kills 99.9% of germs and is used on all surfaces and furniture in unit.
5. We pay extra attention to areas that are touched regularly, such as doorknobs, drawer pulls, the toilet flush lever, faucet handles, remote controls, and light switches.
6. Linens and towels are washed on the warmest setting, and safe disinfectant detergent is used during the wash.
8. We provide ample hand soap, paper towels, tissue, and cleaning supplies in each unit for your use, and encourage our guests to use supplies when necessary.
9. All surfaces are completely wiped down with disinfectant solution, we wait 3-5 minutes before wiping a sprayed surface to give it time to disinfect.

Please know that we are taking every single measure and following all of the CDC guidelines to ensure the safety of both you, and our staff.We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols while stockpiling reserves for all supplies in accordance with suggested practices from US and global health authorities. We're taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions and we work around the clock to ensure that we are over-prepared for any guest concerns that may arise. We are closely monitoring all guidelines and communications from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and regional & national health authorities to update our best practices as the situation evolves.

Downtown San Diego sits at the heart of all the city has to offer. Located less than 10 miles from Pacific Beach and Mission Beach located in the north. Visit the world famous, historic Hotel Del Coronado and Coronado Beach located southwest. Find ease in access to San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Sea World, museums and more. East Village is home to the city’s latest and newest high rises, condominiums and city apartments, located within blocks to grocery stores, fine dining, fast food, and city attractions.


Please note that though Downtown San Diego continues to address community safety issues, homelessness is an ongoing crisis in all major metropolitan cities including San Diego. Please be aware that you may come across homeless dwellings around East Village. The building provides private security that monitors the outside of the building and the surrounding park, to discourage homeless folks from loitering around the building. We are unfortunately unable to control this issue, and we encourage our guests to have compassion with the ongoing issue. In regards to parking, we have never had any concerns regarding the safety of our vehicles, when we have parked in high densely populated homeless areas.
