We want to welcome you to our home and congratulate you on choosing the perfect place to stay! You can rest assured that our home is immaculately cleaned to CDC standards. It is important to us that our housekeepers clean to the highest standards, always disinfecting high-touch surfaces, such as knobs, buttons, handles, levers, switches, remotes, and countertops using EPA approved disinfectants. They always wear personal protective equipment and disinfect all tools and equipment before entering our home when cleaning between guests. We take great pride in offering you a private home with keyless entry where you can feel safe while enjoying all the fresh air and wide-open spaces that Park City has to offer! (We also offer optional disinfectant fogging for a nominal additional charge. Please reach out if you are interested in this service.)

Situated in the heart of Old Town, this beautiful home boasts easy access to historic Main Street, where you can enjoy world-class dining, shopping, entertainment, as well as access to the free transit center. Spend an evening curled up in front of the cozy glow of the gas fireplace to watch a movie, or just relax with a soak in the private hot tub. Don't forget to bring your outdoor adventure equipment. You will have plenty of space to store mountain bikes, skis, snowboards and more in the attached garage. And parking in the winter is no problem with a heated parking pad in front of the house.

This classically traditional mountain abode delivers the following amenities in simple understated elegance:

• Comfortable rustic traditional furnishing and elements throughout with room for 6 guests
• Two separate living areas (one on main floor and the other in a loft area)

• Flat screen TVs in main living area and loft
• AC on the main floor for your comfort in the warmer summer months (lower level stays cool naturally, upper floor may get warm)
• Free high speed internet and Wifi access
• Private hot tub on private deck
• Attached garage with storage for mountain bikes or snow sports gear
• Heated parking pad
• Perfectly situated in Old Town
• 3-minute walk to the Park City Transportation Center. The Transportation Center is your pass to the Canyons Resort and Deer Valley Resort.
• 5-minute walk to Main Street (Take Shorty's Stairs down)
• 7-minute walk to the Town Lift
• Easy access to skiing, biking, hiking in and around Park City

Please note that this home is sitting up on the side of a hill and requires a 4-wheel drive vehicle to get to it in the winter months. The city is responsible for clearing the road that the home is on, and during winter weather events, we have no way of knowing or guaranteeing when the snow plowing will be done. Also, to get to Main Street you will be using Shorty's Stairs, which a lengthy flight of stairs down to Main and then back up to the house. Due to this, our home may not be suitable for certain guests.

WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES IN OUR HOME! SHOULD YOU HAVE A PARTY WHILE STAYING WITH US, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE AND/OR FOR ANY DAMAGES TO THE HOME.

• IMPORTANT: We will need to collect an additional $99 non-refundable Damage Waiver fee when you book with us. We charge this fee in lieu of a security deposit. It covers up to $1500 of unintentional/unavoidable damage to the property in which you will be staying. Should there be damage deemed intentional and/or avoidable or that requires more than $1500 to replace or repair, you will be charged separately for that. Please note that we perform pre and post inspections of the property for each guest.
• This is a smart home. Your door and/or garage code will not be activated until your check-in time and will deactivate at check-out. Please plan your arrival and departure accordingly.
• Trash day is Friday.
• Recycling day is every other Friday.
