NORTH HAVEN BEACH
North Haven beach is patrolled with a great cafe at the surf club. The beach is known by surfers for its clean waves, perfect rights of the break-wall and lefts all down the beach. The Northern side of the beach is the unleashed dog friendly beach, walk as far as you like all the way to Bonny Hills and take the bush trail back.

LAYOUT AND BEDDING
Single level, open plan living and dining, sliding doors onto verandah.
There is the main cottage and extra backyard studio, NOTE: studio is accessible via outdoor access only, no internal hallway. Walk via under cover walkway via front deck and outdoor dining area to the studio, approximately 5 meters and 3 outdoor steps.

Main cottage has two bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 - one queen bed, one single bed
Bedroom 2 - one double bed
Sofa bed in lounge room
Bathroom with shower, vanity and seperate toilet in the hallway.

Seperate backyard studio - via external access:
Bedroom 3 - queen bed, portable aircon.
Second bathroom located in seperate backyard studio adjacent to the main cottage, via outdoor access.

THE SPACE
Open plan living with large modern kitchen with island bench. The kitchen features a large fridge, full electric ceramic 4 burner stove with oven, microwave, note: no dishwasher. Vittoria coffee pod machine and coffee plunger. North Haven Cafe and Takeaway is just a 2 minutes stroll away. Well stocked pantry with all essentials and more.
Fresh food and green lovers, please treat yourself to herbs and most juicy passion fruits in the garden.
A guitar, books, games, 2x mountain bikes, fishing rods are available for your use (at your own risk)
This cottage is one of the original 5 cottages built back in 1955 following the dredging and creation of the channel and breakwall in the 1940's. The property is built from local hardwoods and has stood the test of time, having never flooded - including surviving the infamous 1962 floods. The original cottage has received the necessary TLC that now provides that now provides a perfect old-school beach and fishing shack getaway with all the modern comforts of today.

PET FRIENDLY
Pets are allowed with pre-approval from owner/manager. Dogs to be kept outdoors on verandah during the day, in the evenings they can be inside. Please keep dogs off lounge and beds and kindly clean up after them. The backyard is fully fenced, the side and front yard open up to the road. North Haven beach is pet friendly where dogs can roam free unleashed on the Northern side of the beach. Riverside walk along the Camden Haven river from North Haven to Dunbogan is a leashed area.

PARKING
Driveway parking on the Wall Street side fits 2x cars and plenty of street parking as the property is situated on a corner block. Plenty of space for boat or van.

Hæ! Ég heiti Susan de Jonge og flutti frá Sydney á Port Macquarie-svæðið árið 2014. Ég stofnaði eigin gistirekstur meðfram strandlengju Port Macquarie sem kallast mySOLscape (flótta til sólar) og rek einnig fasteignasölu sem heitir Beachscape Property. Ég er með 10 manna teymi sem vinnur með mér (þar á meðal Kristin, Gemma, Hayley, Sandra, Nat) og við sjáum til þess að gestir geti einnig uppgötvað og notið svæðisins! Ég bý í fallega strandbænum Bonny Hills rétt fyrir sunnan Port. Ég hef ferðast um heiminn og búið í Evrópu, Bandaríkjunum og Kína og hef gert Ástralíu að heimili mínu núna. Rætur mínar eru hollenskar. Ég varði 7 árum í Sydney og vann í fagþjónustu og var að ferðast fram og til baka á milli Port Macquarie og Sydney undanfarin ár.
Bonny Hills var og verður alltaf orlofsstaður minn í borginni með varanlegri stemningu í fríinu. Hér er að finna ósnortnar og fágaðar strendur sem eru enn í nágrenninu (Port Macquarie 20-25 mín akstur).
Ég er að reyna að halda mér í formi á slóðum og ströndum, elska runnaævintýri og köfun. Ég kann einnig að meta að elda ferskan mat. Gestir geta gert vel við sig með jurtum og grænmeti í garði tiltekinna eigna. Mantra mín: ef þú ferð ekki sérðu það ekki. Af hverju ekki?
