Located in the centre of historic Ledbury, Bishop’s is the perfect base for exploring Ledbury - increasingly popular for its poetry and food festivals - and the wider areas of Herefordshire, the Wye Valley and the Forest of Dean. Within a minute’s walk of Ledbury’s cobbled medieval streets and famous timber framed buildings, notably the 17th-Century, Grade 1 listed Market Hall which is still the site of a twice-weekly market on Tuesday and Saturday. This thriving market town has plenty of tea rooms, coffee shops and restaurants to choose from (should guests want a break from self-catering), plus antique shops, craft shops and art galleries.
