Our unit here is on the first floor of a larger condominium complex. At 2 bedrooms and a single bath, it isn't huge, but it offers real value. Like we said … everything you need, and nothing you don't! Park in guest parking and enter through the front, into a simple, practical space. This the theme here. There's a fully functional kitchen, ready for your culinary creations. There's a dining table with seating for 4. There's a comfortable futon, a small TV, (2) bedrooms featuring quality beds and linens that are professionally laundered. The bath is functional and bright, and the stacked laundry is ready for guest use. Practical. Simple. In a convenient location. There's a lot close by, and everything else that folks visit Colorado Springs for is seemingly just down the road. Target and Safeway (groceries) are across the street. So is Chuck-E-Cheese. There are a myriad of great restaurants all around, and an exceptional, award-winning coffee-chic café and wine bar (Peak Place) that's one of our personal favorites. There's a park just a block away, a library up the road, and Palmer Park, 1200 acres of open-space-in-the-city is just up the road too. The Broadmoor, Downtown, Garden of the Gods—all are about 15 mins from this location. When you look outside the box in Colorado Springs, you might find the perfect gem for you and your situation.
