This clean and modern 3-Bed Semi in the heart of Pelsall's Urban Village is in a quiet residential street just a few minutes walk from all the village shops, amenities and its many village greens.

This is a perfect location for a quiet break, a family holiday or active vacation; situated as it is on the boundary between the West Midlands conurbation with all its facilities and attractions, and the beautiful countryside of Staffordshire and Derbyshire.

This property would be ideal for a couple or small family. It’s also suitable for up to 3 working colleagues.

All the kitchen appliances are immaculate and include washing machine and tumble dryer, should they be needed. Cleaning materials are provided, including a mop and vacuum. There's also an iron, ironing board and indoor and outdoor clothes airers. The side entrance doubles as the utility room with ample storage and there is also a large secure rear shed to store bicycles or large items.

The rear garden is a sun trap with decking, patio furniture, and a portable barbecue on request.

A basket of wood can be provided for just £10 if you fancy a real fire in the evening.

This property is situated in a quiet residential street with lovely neighbours. There is off-road parking for 2 cars and also on street parking for further vehicles.

The village has a Co-op, Spar (including a Subway), bakery, butchers, several cafes, a hardware store, petshop, flower-shop, card shops, health centre, 2 fish ‘n’ chip shops and 3 pubs.

Over the summer there are mulitple village fetes on the green and a circus and funfair visit annually. The three main village greens provide dog walks on your doorstep, a children’s pay area and open spaces for games.

Pelsall Wood, the Wyrley and Essington Canal and the disused Walsall to Lichfield railway line provide ample local walking or cycling opportunities.

Hello and welcome.

We launched this, our first Airbnb property in early 2020, not realising what would follow. We hope our house will help people have a break while keeping safe in their own personal space, as the whole house is yours.

We are landlords with 15 years experience so we know all the legal requirements of letting out a property and most importantly we understand what our guests need, even for a weekend: good communication before your stay, a super clean house, clearly stated facilities and a quick response to any query.

We think this is a super house for a short holiday or a longer stay, as our guests have agreed. If there is anything we can improve on, just let us know.
