We humbly ask our guest to sign the below rental agreement and house rules, following the booking

This Short Term Rental Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between 7e Ciel by Dhillon Marty Inc (“Host”) and ........................... (“Guest”) as of the date last set forth on the signature page of this Agreement. For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows:

Property: The property is located at: xx

Inventory: Inventory is defined as furniture, furnishings and the building of the above Property.

If there are any objections to the Inventory of the Villa being in perfect condition, the Guest shall describe the discrepancies in the Inspection Checklist to be shared with them and send it to us upon check-in. Otherwise, it will be assumed that the Guest has no objections and has agreed to return everything in perfect condition.


Rental Party: The rental party shall consist of Guest and the following person(s):

Please submit government IDs of all adult members (18 years of age or older) of the rental party prior to your check-in. Presentation of your ID for your verification to the Greeter is required at check-in.

Occupancy: is limited to the number of guests declared in paragraph 4.


Term of the Lease: The lease begins at 3 p.m. / upon check-in on ----------(the “Check-in Date”) and ends at 11 a.m. / upon check-out on -------------(the “Checkout Date”).

Rental Rules: The Guest agrees to abide by the rental rules listed in the attached Villa Rules at all times during the contract and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else permitted by the Guest on the property to do the same.

Access: The Guest shall allow the Host access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Host shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.


Insurance: We encourage all renters to purchase travelers insurance.

No pets
No shoes - please remove your shoes and use the indoor slippers.
No noise before 8am and past 10pm - please be mindful of the neighbors. Please refrain from loud noises and moving objects in the evenings - as the building is old, sound tends to travel.
Please do not dispose of anything in the toilet, other than toilet paper.
Please make sure the bathrooms and kitchen drains are not clogged, and clean it as needed.

For your safety:
Please close the windows upon leaving the Villa.
Please handle the passcodes (Wi-fi etc) with caution and do not share them with anyone.

Additional charges:
Damaged property or missing items from the Villa, and resulting loss of revenue.
Losing gate opener & resulting loss of revenue - which could take a few days to resolve.
Unreasonable amount of usage of Villa supplies and amenities

Housekeeping:
We ask the guests’ cooperation in regular cleanings, to avoid any sustained damage to the Villa.
Please rinse the sink basin after use, and do not leave colored liquids as it can stain the sinks.
Please use the pot holders and table placemats, and do not put utensils directly on the tables or furniture to avoid markings and burns.
Please let us know if you need Villa cleaning and/or change of linens. We are happy to arrange a cleaner’s visit at $ 250.00.
Garbage can be disposed of in the garbage bins near the gate. Please separate recyclable materials such as glass and plastic bottles.
Please make sure to press the Trash compactor(it is of stainless steel on the right side of faucets), after every use of the kitchen sink,so as to ensure kitchen drain doesn't get clogged. ‌
