Two bedroom fully equipped, contemporarily furnished and west facing apartment located in a private residence in Dobrota with spectacular uninterrupted and elevated panoramic views over Boka Kotorska (Bay of Kotor). The apartment is circa 250m from the Dobrota seafront, has access to a private pool (shared by the residents of Boka Heights (28 apartments)), dedicated parking space, private entrance and access to a number of bars and restaurants in close proximity.

Eignin
The apartment is west facing (receiving plenty of sun) and located on the second (top) floor accessible by stairs. The living area has been contemporarily furnished and possesses a high peaked ceiling with access to a large private terrace and a Juliet balcony offering uninterrupted and elevated views of Boka Kotorska. The large L shaped lounge includes a pull out double sofa bed and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the uninterrupted view of Boka Kotorska. Each bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes, the first bedroom opens up onto the private terrace, and the second bedroom overlooks the swimming pool and south along the seafront of Dobrota towards Kotor. The kitchen is fully equipped with dining facilities. One fully fitted bathroom including spacious shower, toilet, heating and washing machine. Each room is fitted with a reverse cycle air-conditioning unit. A dedicated parking space is situated at the front of the building. 50" Smart TV, Cable TV and high speed Internet are also available.
