The Surfside complex is directly across the street from the beach and Gulf of Mexico. After a long day of fun in the sun you will love coming back to the beautiful courtyard with grills, picnic tables, covered sitting areas and a sparkling pool. The pool is heated as well so it can be enjoyed any time of year! The Surfside complex is made up of 2-bedroom condos surrounding the courtyard, making it the ideal choice for large groups looking to stay close to one another.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase...EVERY TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don't do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, a sponge, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver's License or other acceptable ID.
-PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF ONE PET. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition, there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days.

Padre Escapes was formed in March of 2013 when we identified a market need for quality vacation rental management services. We have since grown into the largest and most reputable vacation rental management company on the Island.

In total, we have over 340 years of real estate experience and marketing expertise. Our mission is to provide owners and guests with superior properties and quality services. We will strive to increase your overall revenue through a higher percentage of occupancy while building repeat business through satisfied customers.

As a family owned and operated company, we take pride in making sure that our units are the cleanest on the island. That’s why we have contracted with a professional cleaning service, specializing in vacation rentals. Through this partnership we are able to raise the bar on rental property cleaning and maintenance standards.
