This beautiful property has amazing views and is a luxurious retreat with enough space for friends and family to enjoy. . In a most fabulous location and commanding amazing views of the Forth Road bridges, this stunning detached holiday home offers spacious and beautifully presented accommodation with your every need having been thought of. This is the perfect spot for families and friends to spend quality time together and relax leaving the stress of everyday life behind.
The focal point of the house is the large open plan contemporary living area, with floor to ceiling glass doors opening on to the terrace and garden and taking full advantage of the great views. The property is furnished to a high standard and the immaculately fitted and equipped kitchen and breakfast room area boasts high quality fixtures and fittings. It benefits from up to date appliances, including a wine cooler, coffee machine and a large circular dining table, and a patio door leading to the garden. A second living room provides additional space for guests to relax with cosy sofas, TV books and board games. All five bedrooms have good quality beds, the master bedroom which is en-suite with bath and separate shower cubicle has a super kingsize bed and patio doors to the garden where guests can wake up to the great views. There is a kingsize bedroom with en-suite wet room, and three further bedrooms, a super kingsize, a double and a twin. There is a family bathroom and a further family wet room along with a handy utility room.
The large well-kept garden with garden furniture and barbecue area is perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing with your morning coffee. With so much space to enjoy both inside and out, guests may find it hard to leave, but this is the perfect location for exploring the local area and beyond. From the door you can walk into the pretty village centre of North Queensferry where the pier has the smallest light tower in the world, or take a boat trip to visit the island in the Forth and see the wildlife. Also in the village is Deep Sea World, Scotland’s National Aquarium where you can see the tiger sharks and sea life. The local railway station has a regular service right in to Edinburgh and guests can be in the centre of the city in about half an hour and ideal for attending one of the many events. These include The Military Tattoo and International Festival with top class performers and free street performers. This historic city offers guests a variety of attractions to visit and explore, and Edinburgh Castle is definitely worth a visit and Princes Street offers retail therapy. The city is packed with restaurants, coffee shops, bars and bistros. There is a wealth of historic houses and castles to visit including Dunfermline Palace and Abbey, the final resting place of Robert the Bruce, and Hopetoun House and Linlithgow Palace can all be reached in under an hour. For guests who love walking and cycling, the Fife Coastal Route offers miles of coastal paths leading to old harbours, sandy beaches and quaint fishing villages. Beach 4 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 700 yards.. 2 step to entrance (with ramp access). All on the ground floor.
