These luxurious 3-bedroom apartments with maid's room are fitted with top amenities needed for truly comfortable stay, including 65-inch TV, high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, kitchen utilities (microwave, stove, oven, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso machine, etc), washing machine, iron, hair dryer and much more!

Each bedroom and maid's room has access to own full bathroom, + guest bathroom.

Hotel-quality linen, towels and beach towels for each guest are provided.

Baby crib and high chair can be provided for free upon request.

Extra sleeping spaces can be arranged on the sofa (3*3 meters) for additional fee (bookings under 7 nights) and for free (bookings for 7+ nights).

Kindly note that there is a private parking spot with lift access to the property available for free upon request.

As your host, our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible! For us to do so we would appreciate if you could follow listed house rules. Please note that upon check-in you will be kindly requested to sign these rules.

1. This property is a licensed holiday home. It is not part of a hotel resort. Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time.
2. Check-in is after 3 PM (15:00), check-out is before 11 AM (11:00).
Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged for additional fee (subject to availability). A request for early check-in and/or late check-out should be made 24 hours prior to arrival/departure. Naturally we will always try and accommodate according to your needs when our calendar permits.
3. Copies of Passport or National ID of all guests (including children and infants) must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to arrival to register in accordance with UAE and Dubai Tourism (DCTM) laws. If passports are not submitted then check-in will not be allowed. Upon arrival guests must also show their passports to concierge and Host.
4. For security reasons, only the number of people indicated in the booking will be allowed to check-in. In case of any visitors, prior information is required along with their IDs, and it is subject to security clearance.
5. Tourism fee of AED 30 per night will be collected at check-in in accordance with DCTM regulations.
6. Security deposit of 1500 AED is required when you book. This will be collected by cash upon arrival.
7. Smoking is strictly forbidden. A non-negotiable penalty of 500 AED will be charged to fumigate the property if evidence of smoking is found inside the unit.
8. Please respect the neighbours: quiet hours are between 10 pm - 10 am.
9. Strictly no parties or events.
10. No pets allowed.
11. Garbage bags should be taken out to trash disposal pipe located on your floor.
12. We kindly ask to keep windows and balcony doors closed when not in the property or while the air conditioner is ON.
13. No shoes in the apartment.
14. Loss of key and/or access cards will result in a 150AED replacement charge, which should be paid in cash at check-out or will be deducted from your deposit.
15. Don't engage in any illegal activities that could be seen as distasteful or disrespectful to local practices.
16. Please treat this home as you would your own. Excessive mess/damage to the property will result in a deduction from the security deposit to cover cleaning and maintenance fees. If a location is left in an exceptionally messy state, we will charge $50 USD for every extra hour of cleaning required.
