Ashbys is a special place that is designed and set up for exclusive hire for group bookings. With the Airbnb package we offer ten rooms all ensuite and tastefully decorated. There’s areas to chill; ping pong and a pool table and a bar you run yourself. Ashby’s is packed with so much entertainment and fun and is ideal for groups. The listing is set up for you and your group only so you can enjoy the venue privately. Sleeps up to 55.

Eignin
This whole space is not only well-placed for visiting local tourist sites within Southsea, but enjoys access to the kind of facilities you would normally expect from a four star hotel stay. The difference is you have the whole facility for your group only . The exclusive booking means that no other guests are booked and only your group will be onsite to enjoy the facilities. These facilities include: pool table, air hockey, bar area and table tennis - which are all within the building. What’s more, there’s a large kitchen with lots of space and facilities to prepare and tuck into food. There are also 9 different en-suite bedrooms on site, opening up multiple accommodation options, depending on the size of your group. Each room has its own TV and wi-fi access too.

There is a Modern hi tech Bose music system, bar area complete with ice maker / beer / wine fridges / Sauna and two Jacuzzis are available for hire also. Pricing is based on 16 guests. We can also provide catering, bar staff and a whole range of extras. Just let us know what you’re looking for. Noise levels after hours kept to a minimum, with respect to neighbours.

Just us know the details of your requirements on Airbnb and we will send you a tailored service for your groups stay. Please note that Ashbys require group numbers to be shown on the booking request and that groups requesting to stay that are over 16 in number will not be booked via Airbnb, but directed to the appropriate booking method to ensure we adhere to the Parties and Events policy provided by Airbnb this gives clear guidance on what is expected from everyone. These are shown in the house rules.

Mubi and I love hosting on Airbnb and have five fantastic signature locations in Southsea for a variety of stays; Ashby’s is a 9 bedroom boutique style accommodation that we market for exclusive group bookings. This is our signature hospitality venue for groups who want to stay together and enjoy the facilities on offer. It’s ideal for groups, or large families. It has hosted weddings, celebrations and is a lot of fun and has a sauna and Jacuzzi

Then we have a 2 bedroom luxury penthouse in the lipstick tower In Gunwharf Quays with the most incredible sea views - with panoramic wall to ceiling glass that offer incredible views of the Solent. This is our premium business let and comes with 24 hour concierge and is for longer term business bookings for those looking for luxury and fully serviced pampering.

During some periods of the year we also offer our 6 bedroom luxury villa for rental, which is located next door to Ashby’s Hotel.

We also have an amazing 2 bedroom apartment that is the closest building to the sea and beach in Southsea itself. Located just opposite the pier and with great sea views. It’s tastefully decorated and has all the mod cons. Very popular for a family staycations and also as a romantic getaway for couples wanting that extra special location.

We also offer a premium stay luxury 7 room Villa. All rooms are self contained studios and designed, furnished and decorated to the very highest standard of luxury. The property will boast its own spa and has a state of the art 10 person hot tub with indoor sauna and steam room due to be completed by July.

Ashbys Deluxe Studios and Ashbys Accommodation are situated next door to one another and can be hired together to offer a unique celebration venue for events like: weddings & celebrations that combine the best of both venues for up to 50 people. This offers opportunities for large groups to host special events.
