This first-floor, corner apartment is located at the foot of the Lake Worth bridge near the Snook Island launch & Bryant Park. The City’s beach amenities on the barrier island are just across the bridge, an easy walk from the property with breathtaking views. Downtown is few blocks to the west and is known for its locally-owned restaurants, bars, shops, and galleries. The property is professionally managed, with remote check-in/out and on-call housekeeping and maintenance services.

One of four condos, this apartment is on the first floor of the 2-story building, facing the rising sun. Enjoy the view from the large picture window in the living room or from your private porch overlooking the 9th hole of the golf course on the Lake Worth Lagoon.

You’ll rest well on our high thread count 100% cotton bed linens by Gilchrist & Soames. The king bed has 6 pillows in 3 weights of firmness! The bathroom has G&S bath linens as well. The queen sofa bed has a very comfortable memory foam mattress and 4 queen pillows.

In the kitchen, you’ll find an electric stove, dishwasher, full-size fridge, Cuisinart knife set, ceramic coated cookware, dishes, glassware, and flatware. The community recycles and we provide receptacles for that if you like to, too!

The décor complements the early 1970’s style of the building’s original construction. The furniture was curated for function and style. The apartment has Xfinity cable. Each bedroom has a new 55” TV and the living room has a new 65” Roku TV. The wifi is screaming - the fastest internet that Comcast offers!

Generally, there is plenty of free curbside parking available and the unit features 1 off-street parking space on the west side of the property.

This property is located at the foot of the Lake Worth bridge near the Snook Island kayak/paddleboard launch and fishing pier. Bryant Park is on the Intercoastal, just south of the bridge. The City’s beach amenities on the barrier island (the public beach, fishing pier, and historic Casino building) and the R. G. Kreusler Oceanfront Park are across the bridge, an easy walk from the property with breathtaking views from the top of the span.
The historic downtown area starts about 3 blocks to the west and is known for its locally-owned restaurants, bars, shops, and galleries. Cool eateries abound, like the Java Juice Bar at Studio 205, the Delicias Cuban Bakery at the Chevron station, and TooJay’s Deli & Bakery, which are very popular morning spots just a few blocks away from the property. The town hosts numerous festivals and events at the beach, Bryant Park, and downtown, including the Saturday Farmer’s Market at the eastern foot of the Lake Worth bridge.
Downtown Palm Beach & West Palm Beach are a short drive to the north along A1A, Federal Hwy, or Dixie Hwy. Delray Beach is about a half an hour’s drive south.

Lydia has lived in New Orleans since 1990 with her husband, Hal, a NOLA native. Since she was a little girl, their daughter, Maxie, has traveled with her parents extensively. The family first cut teeth on the "the shared economy" by doing a number of home exchanges, both domestically and abroad. In 2016, they acquired a large historic home on Bayou St. John where their mutli-generational family lives and they operate a licensed B&B, offering 2 Guest Suites which were built on the ground level of the main building during WWII. Lydia and Maxie recently opened the family’s second hospitality project, a serviced apartment development in Lake Worth Beach Florida, just South of West Palm Beach called the Sapphire, a Jewell Hotel property.
